EARPLUGS DIDN’T HELP. Stayed here for one night (that was enough). Had a 3rd floor room (even though I requested a top floor). The noise from the highway was so loud, we were unable to sleep. As an elite member, this was thr absolute worst IHG property I have ever stayed.

Decent but Disappointed Management and staff were friendly. Location is good. Breakfast is lame. That’s why it’s free. Go up Mesa Street and eat at Lucy’s! Swimming pool has been closed since pandemic. Have stayed several times in past the few months. Every time, it’s the same excuse. “We are waiting on parts. The pool will be open in about two weeks.” It’s very frustrating when you are looking forward to cool off in the pool due to 100 plus degree weather, only to be disappointed yet again. Hotel needs to advise that the property is undergoing remodeling and pool is inoperable on their website as well as booking websites. It is very dishonest and misleading to guests.

Worst experience I’ve had in a hotel in the 1.5 years that I have been traveling full time Horrible experience. I was in an executive suite that attached by an inside door to the next room. My room neighbors had 2 kids, 1 of which cussed like a sailor and sounded 5 years old, at most. Parents yelling @ kids, kids yelling at parents, and each other well past 10 pm. They were so loud that I called my husband to ask his opinion and he could hear them on my phone. He told me what he would do, and I opted for the more mature option. No phones work here, including the front desk, requiring me to physically get out of bed late in the night to voice a complaint. When my complaint was made, I was the one moved, and I was downgraded after confirming it wouldn’t be a down grade. I can say, the hotel clerk did help me move upon my request, and there’s no way she herself did not hear the amount of noice coming from next door. So here I am, when I should be in bed hours ago (because I have to get up for work super early), awake and moving rooms to a downgrade. My room is booked for a week, but I’m planning to contact my company to request a move to a different hotel tomorrow that will be further away from my job site due to this experience. Further, the hotel is being remodeled (I stayed here for a night or two 6 months ago and it was being remodeled then too) so the front doors are manual, which makes it very difficult to bring in groceries and luggage and such. No phones work at all, as stated earlier. Lastly, there was a sign that said the fire alarms aren’t working either. In hindsight, how is this even safe?

Don’t stay here Hotel is trash smells like baby poop all over and dirty diapers. The big Bro the glasses that works the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Have to switch hotels because of this. so you can stay across the street at a different hotel.

Bad, ugly, some good Worst Holiday Express we've stayed at out of the last 6 we've been at in 9 days. They blame everyone on renovation but we saw no evidence of such. Issues: 1. No hot water in morning...had to call to have it turned on 2. Not hot water at night... same as above 3. No ice machine on any of 9 floors 4. Breakfast facility opened late 5. Small flimsy coffee cups & plates...not at all like other Holiday Inn places. 6. No drinking water in Breakfast area 7. Luggage cart falling apart. Rough looking with one bad tire making use difficult.
