Another Great Stay! This is my favorite hotel to stay in when visiting El Paso. Haven’t been here for a few years but I’m happy to say the quality of the hotel staff and facilities is still great. At check in I learned my wife is a “passenger princess’ from the check in lady-what a hoot! Always good to see Adrian the best bartender in El Paso! Easy in and out, plenty of parking and two restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is good too. I miss the complementary breakfast and happy hour, but I understand with the economy being so bad. I’ll be back.

Work Visit --- Stay Away Internet is sooo poor. It is slow and not reliable. I think they have 2.4kbs modem ;-) It is okay to write emails, but not sufficient for work. Connection is spotty and speed is poor. Teams meeting was failure. If you are there to swim in the pool and get out of the heat .. fine. But if it is a work visit stay away.

Modern rooms but no hot water ruined the visit Very cool courtyard with pool. Nice modern room but it had no closet. If you wanted to use the sofa bed you had to contact the front desk to have someone bring up sheets, pillow and a course blanket. The biggest disappointment was there was NO hot water at 4am when we were getting ready for an early flight. I let the water run for 10+ minutes and it barely raised the water temperature when it was full on hot. Cold shower and a cold shave to start the morning. Will not be staying here again.

Layover I stayed here for work for the night. The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were clean but plain not much character. The restaurant provided me a free breakfast burrito which was good: The hotel is very quiet while I was there. I’d stay here again.
