Snow storm brought me here My flight was cancelled and I had to stay over due to the big storm. The staff that was there made me feel comfortable and helped me with my travel plans. There were a lot of us that had to find travel arrangements after cancelled flights but it all worked out.

3-Star Lipstick on 1-Star Service This hotel is horrible and doesn't know how to perform basic minimal housekeeping or customer service. Stay at another IHG hotel! We didn't get our room serviced at all for two days. I don't even mean cleaning, which apparently hotels don't do anymore despite charging you more. I mean replacing towels, EMPTYING TRASH, replacing toilet paper!! The worst issue was the fact that the sink would not drain well, and it took us telling someone THREE TIMES before the staff believed us. Like, I hate talking to people; I want to enjoy my vacation without problems. WHY WOULD WE LIE ABOUT A CLOGGED SINK?!? WTF! And then the little girl who works at the front desk on Sunday nights acted like it was the guests' fault that the hotel's things malfunction. This is a new hotel. The subpar housekeeping should have noticed the clogged sink before letting guests stay in room. This does not meet the IHG standards I've come to expect. Don't let the nice location fool you. If I could have gotten a refund even partially, I would have stayed somewhere else. P.S. They run out of towels for their not-even-full-capacity amount of guests every day.

Spa like qualities Smells like a spa when you walk in. Very quiet hotel. Very clean. You do have to pay for breakfast but it is reasonably priced and I suggest the western omlette . There is fitness equipment in the room which is cool because you can use it in private.

Wonderful stay The service at this hotel was great. Very well kept hotel clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast . My stay was great and will be staying every time I am in Denver. The area is safe and close to where I need to be. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly faces . Check in was smooth . I slept great . I also came back to a very well serviced room.

NOT RECOMMENDED, TV DOESN'T WORK, POOR SERVICE. MUCH better places to stay elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cons: - Out of 41 TV channels, only 19 work, many of which were not even in HD. When checking in, heard 2 other customers complaining about same issue. Front desk replied they are changing cable carriers, but if you read reviews on TA and Google, same issue was happening 8 months ago. Desk agent recommended we stream from our devices, but on both TV's, neither of our 4 devices would pair. After 3 successful phone calls to front desk about this issue, when called again, all of sudden desk agent 'couldn't hear me'. Same issue on next phone call. Nothing. - Breakfast food in refrigerated section was days expired, pointed out to front desk and they removed them, but did not replace them. Pros: Clean hotel, was able to check in early, and got room upgrade for being Platinum w/ IHG. Much better places to stay in the general area, do not recommend.
