Great Option for the Enid Area We've been booking our construction workers here 3-4 nights per week for the last 6 months as we've had a lot of work in the Enid area. The hotel gave us a fair rate, and they make booking for our employees easy. The billing always seems to be accurate. They're always friendly on the phone. I've enjoyed booking with this hotel!

Don't waste your money We were originally booked at the candlewood and switched because this location had a heated pool and hot tub. We arrived, got checked in and went to our room. We then headed down to the pool/hot tub. First off the door to the outside was left propped open so anyone off the street could walk in. Second the hot tub was closed for maintenence, this was not mentioned on the website or when we checked in. Had we known this would would not have paid more to switch hotels. I went to the front desk. The employee said she would call the manager and give us a call. Third the pool is definitely not heated. Very disappointed in the stay and the fact that this hotel cost me more money. The third floor hallway stinks and our room smells very much of mildew.

Not up to Holiday Inn standards Not up to Holiday Inn standards. On August 31 I checked in around 5:30. I was greeted at the front desk by a very soft spoken, young woman. I made more of an effort to hear her than she made to be understood. She went thru the services re breakfast, ice machines, etc. , so quickly and softly that it seemed she was tired of having to say the same thing to every customer. I asked a question for clarification, and without opening her mouth she uttered, “mmmhuh”. At that point I had the sense of talking to a teenager who thought that I was another teenager. Not an experience of professionalism. The elevator flooring was completely worn thru in places. The room was ok. The shower head looked as if it came from Kmart, and the tub drain had rust. The breakfast was so so. The single banana and four oranges had seen better days. The front door of the refrigerator read “eggs” … there were none. I pointed and asked a very young worker if this was where I was to put my trash. Same as the front desk person, she said “mmmhuh” without opening her mouth. As I left there was one person, working at the front desk. Next to her was another employee busily texting. That is not an experience that I wish to repeat in a Holiday Inn Express. I am an IHG member, but I can find a much better value elsewhere.

Dirty Socks Left By A Previous Customer…Ewww Unfortunately, this hotel needs serious updating and staff who can perform quality control. I had two rooms and one room had dirty water/bath mat still in the tub. The other room had a broken lamp with miss matching light bulbs (daylight/warm) and a poorly patch wall. Both rooms had a very damp smell. I was given a third room but this had a floor board halfway pulled off the wall and dirty socks on the floor from a previous customer. Yes, I said dirty socks from another customer. I canceled the entire reservation but I was still charged for one night. I’m pretty sure this is not the cleanliness standards this hotel chain sets, but at this location it doesn’t seem that anyone is monitoring. There are several other hotels around this location so please do your reach.

DO NOT STAY HERE if u expect even BASIC cleanliness/courtesy by “the usual suspects!” For the LAST TIME, as 30 YEAR Holiday Inn Express “guests”/members, we are finally DONE, given the UTTERLY FILTHY, beyond DATED, germ-filled, USUAL bare bones status of a certain GROUP (guests in this country, initially) who seemingly have utter contempt for their guests- as experienced YET AGAIN, whereby having made a reservation at this hotel (despite BRAND NEW hotels not a minute away), the front desk clerk made ZERO MENTION of a hotel SUPPOSEDLY in the midst of “ renovation”, yet BEYOND EVEN THAT, having driven over 450 miles yesterday, including losing my iPhone, the ONLY thing I was interested in was a “good/expected” room with EXPECTED quietude, yet just as we were to go to sleep at 5PM (due to awakening at 1AM), suddenly there were endless hammers/drills/god knows WHAT apparently working on the ceiling of the room below us…LOUDLY. Having politely called the front desk, the owner’s obnoxious son essentially told us if you didn’t see our ONE sign noting “quiet hours” placed in an elevator that was NOT SEEN, since their SOLE luggage carrier was seriously 95% UNUSABLE- which SURELY this hotel is aware, thus having made it to the room with a luggage carrier necessarily filled with items, NO SIGN WAS SEEN, though nonetheless the 1st clerk AND FAR MORE OBVIOUSLY EVERYWHERE, it ought to have been made ABUNDANTLY CLEAR, a.) on the phone, then b.) upon checking in, that this place is a filthy dump (clearly allowed to head in that direction for YEARS), but NONE of that information was provided. We are NEVER staying in a HIE again, UNLESS we are 1000% assured it is 100% AMERICAN OWNED. This place is VILE- at best, and the sheer contempt delivered by the owner’s obnoxious son, i.e., “just leave then”, was a huge “FU”, I do not give a S!”T about YOU or ANYTHING, but taking your money, based on LIES, as I drive my hopped up BMW!
