Appreciated their kindness We had out of town family staying in Solstice Hotel recently so we drove over to see them. Our family members had a free breakfast included in their room price so we wanted to eat with them there at the hotel. We went to the front desk to pay for the two of us and the managers (owners?) declined to charge us. They would not accept any payment from us, insisting that we could eat for free. They were very kind and generous. So we enjoyed a delicious waffle and coffee and were happy that our family chose to stay at Solstice Hotel!

Expensive and dirty Room was filthy. Stains on walls in bathroom, living area, and curtains. Stayed in 5 hotels this week....by far the most expensive ($215) and dirtiest. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Good Value, Nice Accommodations We stayed one night on a road trip passing through. We booked two rooms. The front desk thoughtfully booked the rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The décor was surprisingly modern. Yes, the bathrooms were not pristine with some unclean corners and smudges on the ceiling but toilet, showers and sink were fine. Not the greatest breakfast but the stay overall was a great value.

Aweful. We came here last night for a soccer tourney. This place is like something out of Nation Lampoons Vacation. Filthy and web site is completely misleading. Boys were looking forward to swimming in the pool as advertised. Closed. Workout facilities. Closed. Mold in the toilets, cob webs around base of furniture, stained mattresses, shoots too small for the beds, gross black water marks on the glass bathroom door that didn’t work properly. I told them we weren’t staying. They offered me $25 off per night (our “deal" for booking the team was $176 per night. Web site said they only charge $125 per night. Hotels Tonight had it for $89). They refused to credit our account so now I had to get Discover involved to block the charge. Save yourself the headache & choose one of the other 1,000 hotels in the area.

I’d Pass on This One This was a last minute, 8pm booking on a road trip south. We didn’t expect their top rooms however the place was empty. Now I know why. It is not clean, holes in the wall in all three rooms. Tried to have cereal for breakfast but there was no milk. We would have been better sleeping in the car.
