Neglected Hotel Means A Poor Stay for Guests A hotel where the elevator does not work, the television is a mess and the TV menu incomprehensible, if it works at all, no room cleaning even on the second day of the stay, poor lighting, loud AC, and slow wireless. Maintenance throughout the hotel is lacking. This is a hotel clearly milking what remains of a shabby hotel by ripping off guests. Stay far away from this place.

Not very good. The bedroom was fine and that is about all I can say. One of the worst experiences. The bath tub had rust in it, the ceiling had mold, the toilet tissue holder kept falling, the toilet had a black ring around it. The breakfast offered was very limited in scope, the pancake maker was broken, and the muffins tasted like they had been there a while. The AC/Heat kept making loud sounds when it came on all night long.

MY WEDDING WEEKEND RUINED. LATE CHECK IN & SET UP TO PAY FOR SMOKE DAMAGE FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. WE DONT EVEN SMOKE. I booked this hotel with my family for my wedding weekend in August. Upon arrival they made us wait over 2 1/2 hours to check in due to the previous guest & still needing time to clean the room. Upon entering the room it smelled like nothing but smoking mildew. We called and complained to the front desk to make sure there was a complaint on file about the smell. They told us to open the window. Turns out the windows open all the way even on the 3rd story. Large 6 foot windows. We stayed a total of two nights. The front desk was extremely rude to us. We requested extra accommodations, such as pillows and never got them. Then to top it off when we left, they charged us a smoking fee in a family of non-smokers! I called and mentioned the late check-in and they said they took a picture of cigarettes in our room. I disputed the transaction with my bank and Eunice sent photos to my bank. I cannot stress to you how untrue this is and I would never recommend booking here.

Needs maintenance….& cleaning Lousy maintenance & cleaning protocols, lousy breakfast without cinnamon rolls & tasteless coffee. Besides the mold in the a/c & the filthy filters & the unclean carpet - pretty sure smoking of weed was part of the stench in the facility. Will NOT stay here again. IHG needs to do an inspection here. Add the ungrateful & obnoxious baseball parents with a little too much sun and few too many alcoholic beverages- yeah what an unpleasant place to be.

Probably as good as any in that location We were in Eunice on business at a field site nearby. The town is small, and there are maybe 4 hotels there, probably used mostly by visitors to one of several energy industry facilities in the area. My room was clean, functionally furnished, and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, the AC/heat worked well, and the TV was large. The hotel seemed to be of fairly recent vintage. My room faced north toward the highway which was noisy. The rooms facing south were quiet but gave an industrial view, according to my colleague. Breakfast was free but I skipped it after the first day as even at that price it wasn't a good deal. There are various restaurants within a short drive. The Holiday Inn Express was at about the upper end of the price range of local hotels at about $100 plus about $15 in taxes, per night. It is very much a budget level hotel, and it served its purpose.
