Weekends getaway We stay here often, almost every time we come to Eureka Springs. The rooms are a little dated but are very comfortable and clean. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating especially the lady at the front desk. The location is great because it's minutes away from downtown but not so close that it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The jacuzzi tubs are awesome and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is great in the summer and it's pet friendly. If you're not super picky about decor and normal wear and tear and you want the biggest bang for your buck then you should definitely stay here.

? Worst place to stay! The room was dirty & smelly. Bathtub was disgusting with paint on the faucet and the baseboards were coming loose & were dirty. Room was very expensive because of corvette weekend. I would not recommend staying here.

FOUND BED BUG IN BED! Horrible service. We were arriving late and the front desk guy acted so annoyed by it. It wouldn’t have been annoying if they had a night auditor. I work at a Hilton hotel and I know that we weren’t staying at a 4 star hotel but it could have been better service for one. We were driving from Louisiana 7 hours away and left later in the evening and took our time driving up. Then when we arrive and check in the room was so hott. The air hadn’t been turned on and the fridge didn’t work well and then when we flipped back the covers we found a bed bug. I went back down to the front desk and immediately told him about this. He said he didn’t have any more kings available which the hotel didn’t look to be full at all. So we had to get a room with 2 queen beds. So at 2 am we had to move everything to another room. Then I had 2 service animals. He made me show credibility for them which ADA states that you can’t ask for that. Where he got his policies from I do not know but I work for a hotel like I said and we are not allowed to ask anything further if they tell us they have a service animal nor are we allowed to charge them for it. He tried to tell me he was going to charge me for my pets. I had to get something emailed to me and show him. Then he said he was going to refund me for the first night and he never did. When we moved to the other room once again no air. Their was blood on one of the pillows. We sprayed down the bed and then the next day bought sheets to put on them. There was hair in the sink and toilet and bath tub but I cleaned it all myself again. Then we found a sock and a bra from a previous stay I guess. We only had one towel in the room. Then when I asked to get more towels they just had the towels in room 211 on a bed. Not sanitary. The pool was closed but we didn’t plan on swimming there anyway. It was impossible to get in touch with the front desk after 8 and we were on vacation so we would get back late at night. We kept the DND sign on our door because we didn’t need service but to be able to go down to the front desk for towels is almost a must. It wasn’t worth the price I paid for the trouble we went through. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

Old dilapidated motel This old motel is in much need of repairs. The room had many things wrong. When trying to get in touch with front desk was impossible. Was not worth the money they charge. The balcony going down to the fire pit had danger sign on the door but door was unlocked.
