Didn't meet expectations. Discovered that this inn needed to be upgraded. The refrigerator didn't work and the bathroom had such low pressure in the shower that we couldn't get the shampoo out of our hair. I am not anxious to go there again.

worst hotel experience ever I cannot with words explain the horrendous experience I had with this hotel and the Choicehotels group. Traveling from Florida and on the road for 13 hr., tired and wanting a nice place to unwind I booked this hotel online with a non refundable policy for the rate I received. Thats fine..I booked from the parking lot of the hotel so of course I wasnt going to cancel.. I go to check in and find out that their " pet friendly" hotel does not include cats! Yes. thats right...pet friendly but no cats allowed. What other pets other than dogs would be classified as pet friendly!!!! Never heard of such a thing. So I left, drove another hour and booked with econo lodge in Pocomoke ( also choice hotels ) where their " pet friendly" hotel included cats! How accommodating!! ( sarcastic) I discussed this issue with the manager of the Econo Lodge and she never heard on such a policy. Pet friendly but no cats. How absurd!! ! To make matters worse I called choice hotels customer service and on hold for the first call for 25 minutes. Hung up because of the time wait. Called again and finally was able to talk to a representative which I explained the situation to and he said hold on while I call the hotel. He comes back to me and says he shows me as checking in but could not verify this as NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE at Quality He suggested I call customer relations as there was nothing he could do.. Whew !!!!! How I kept my cool I dont know. I asked him to wait on line with me while he transferred me so I would not be in another long que wait. Well......again an over 15 minute wait on hold and again hung up in disgust. How can a hotel chain operate this way ? I have been in business for over 40 years and have never had such an experience. This is my experience with the Quality Inn and Choice Hotels. If you want the worst possible hotel experience, please give them a try. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Low Quality Inn We checked in around 10pm after driving 10 hours. We had a reservation. TV did not work. There were several black hairs, blunt and specks of something in the sheets. One of the windows was hazy white, the heater in the wall smelled horrible when I turned it on. The bathroom sink had no stopper. The paint in the wall was chipped off. The pillow cases were stained. Cracks in the plaster around heat/acid unit. Bathroom has a bad remodel job...hope they did not pay much for that. We travel with our chahuhua, but we pay a pet fee and expect our room to be nice, stink free and clean. This was not it! Not impressed. Worse than that, we have a reservation tonight at another Quality Inn.

pet friendly.....but the rooms are disgusting and safety did not exist We stayed at this hotel because it was pet friendly. the room was disgusting the carpet had so many stains (of all types). The window was secured with a stick....the outside entrances were left unlock all night...and one was held open by a cloth at the bottom. Spoke to the desk person Jackie...and she apologized and said they had never had a complaint about the carpet...I find that hard to believe...offered to give us a reduced rate...and guess what....never heard from her. I would not advise anyone to stay with a pet....and the only reason we stayed that night...never taking off our shoes.....was because our dog is a diabetic and we needed to stop for the night and no other pet friendly hotels in the area.

Customer Service I have stayed at this Quality Inn before and have been moderately satisfied -- a room, a place I could stay with my pet, a breakfast. However, the customer service is abysmal. I tried making a reservation for tonight, and called the hotel directly to make a specific request. In three calls, I was unable to get through; I was always transferred to voicemail after the phone ringing several times. I called the Choice Hotels customer service number to try to get them to help, but I waited 11 minutes and 7 seconds until someone there picked up. The CSR said he would stay on the line until I spoke to a human at the hotel, but he, too, abandoned the call (without my knowledge) and after 10 minutes, I again got the voicemail. I am now booked into a different area hotel, so the Quality Inn has lost my business now and in the future.
