Worst place ever!!! We moved from Montana to Alaska and made a reservation here for a week. They are supposed to be open 24/7 they are not open 24/7 we arrived at 3am and had to wait till they opened at 9am. When they finally opened they said my reservation was cancelled because we never showed up. The placed reeked of crack - cocaine. Since I figured we booked the room for the week we would be able to check in early that didn't happen they told me they were going to clean a room for me since I'm 8 months pregnant with twins they never called. I was in so much pain from driving for over 16 hrs and my children needed to sleep they didn't care. We went somewhere else and I was able to check in immediately. Don't bother to stay at this place unless you want bad service and rude managers. It's a dump and should be torn down. The hotel that I am currently stay at the girl thought it was condemned and she lives here that should say it all.

Do not stay The staff was rude. They couldn’t check us in on time. The front desk lady was “only a housekeeper” the manager was late. Had to wait over two hours outside because we couldn’t stay in the lobby for the manager to arrive to check us in

This place really sucks First of all I don't know when these pictures were taken but it wasn't in 2022. This place looks nowhere near what the pictures look like. We were in 2 rooms. One had bugs in the bed went down got another room. Couldn't sleep because the rooms were so hot because the air conditioner didn't work opened the window that didn't shut because the window was cracked and was mis aligned. Not to mention it had no screen. Best yet couldn't sleep went for a walk and behind the trees in the back you guessed it. Maybe you didn't. But the Fairbanks state prison is right there. I would say stay somewhere else. Has to be the worst Super 8 in the country or at least close!!!!

A Pit I knew going in that booking a Super 8 was an frugal-traveler decision. However, I did not expect the number of deficiencies we encountered. Let me list the ways: no Wi-Fi, no TV, no heat, cold coffee, holes in walls, drapes dangling from rod, no TP, no Kleenex, stained chairs, and ice maker broken so no ice. My husband the engineer worked with the manager for hours to try and fix the Wi-Fi to no avail. On the upside, the manager was a delight. The owner of this dump should give her a budget to fix it up or bring a wrecking ball in and start over. I knew going in that booking a Super 8 was an frugal-traveler decision. Room has problems and desk staff needs education in how to deal with the public. We had our confirmation from Wyndham, said check in time 2 pm, we arrived at about 2:30 and was rudely told check in was 4 pm while pointing to hand written sign, when I said this was from wyndom site I was told they are wrong and we told them to change it, come back at 4. See pics for room we got and the light breakfast was a small pot of coffee, empty all 4 times we checked and rare to find anyone, had to call to check out, line at desk and no one there. Curtain rod 8 inches too short and blinds not long enough for window, no plate on electric and no table between beds, multiple plugs in receptical, 1 hanger.and a board standing in corner. I knew staying at a super 8 but we were last minute and not much available. There was also an extension cord on outside of building hanging down and goin bathroom as we were being turned away until 4, nog in a window, paint pealing on outside, crap couch in lobby and when I asked to use bathroom told no public bathroom
