Convenient, pleasant and practical. Would visit again Very friendly and helpfull staff, spacious free parking. The 15$ breakfast buffet was very convenient: standard food but allows you to start a workday on a full stomach without hassle and without wasting time. The room was spacious and had everything I needed (I got upgraded to king), the coffeemaker was useful. While the gym is very basic, it was most convenient to have it close by, and it was kept meticulously clean and organized (even had complementary earbuds).

Hotel needs to be updated First impression was good. Person that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel was not very full the night we were there we were given the choice of rooms. The hallway to our room had several cleaning carts sitting in it. They were still there the next morning. The room we were in (and I’m sure all the rooms) need the mattresses replaced. They were so uncomfortable we could not sleep. My young grandson could not even sleep. Breakfast buffet selection was below average. Glad we were given a voucher and did not have to pay ($14.95/per person) for breakfast.

Average. Check your bedding and bathroom. Stayed for here as part of a group for a tournament in town. The location nice and close to restaurants and shopping. For the price I expected more. The common areas (pool, bar, elevators) were clean. Our room had dirty bedding (smeared black mascara on the duvet and crumbs on the sheets). Had to ask for change of bedding as we headed out for dinner. There is no safe in the room. The TV is rather small. The soap dispenser in the shower was completely out. The breakfast was subpar (we had a voucher so it was “free”) but I would have rather gone out. I’ve had better free continental breakfast at other places. Should we come back to town I’ll skip getting the discount for being with the group and find another hotel for the price. There were no weird smells, the staff was friendly but again for the cost it didn’t meet the standard for the price.

Wouldn't Go Back Without Big Changes This is one hotel I won't be returning to. The staff that checked us in were less than hospitable in my opinion. I felt that the woman all but sneered at us when they asked why we were in Ohio and I responded with that we were there to see the eclipse and joked that 90 percent of the people that were checking in probably were too. She agreed, but it was as if we were a bother to her. In my opinion it felt like the two that checked us in didn't have a hospitable, welcoming bone in their bodies. Perhaps there many military guests don't mind being treated like that (that's a big population they serve), but the average traveler doesnt. We traveled across 4 states to get here, and stayed at multiple hotels during our trip, and this was the worst. Definitely not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but the worst on the trip. Stay here if you don't have any other options, but don't expect much. Grout was chipping out of the wall in the tub, and there was black stuff around the edge of the tub and the faucet. I don't know if it was mold, but it didn't look clean. The corner of the bathroom didn't look clean either. It was in need of repairs and deep cleaning. The furniture was all dated and stuffy. At one point in it's life, it probably looked regal, but everything is all old orangy stained wood that's been out of style for a while. The bed was old lumpy and uncomfortable. The fold out sofa mattress looked old and squished to less than an inch thick. I don't know if it was comfortable, because I didn't sleep on it - but it certainly didn't look comfortable. And we had to move the couch so it could be pulled out and not hit the wall with the AC unit in it - a poorly planned space. It also took 45 minutes to get bedding for the sofa bed, and then they provided a fitted sheet that was MUCH too large. Why that wasn't already in the room is beyond me. The only thing that this place had going for it, was that the breakfast was decent - even if we weren't given our pre-paid breakfast vouchers right away at check-in and were told that breakfast was $14.99... And the wait staff and person at the desk at checkout were pleasant. They need to make some big changes if I were to ever return.

Horrible The pillows smelled like bad head smell,, they must not wash the pillows,, I couldn't use mine it made me sick.. the comforter smelled also,, we didn't experience any bed bugs but from reading the reviews there were reports of them. If I would have known I wouldn't have stayed here because I didn't get a good night's sleep due to those reports. The bleach they use in the linens smelled very strong and turned my skin red, we had a horrible 3 night's which were prepaid through Expedia or we would have switched hotels. The staff at the front desk were awesome. Very friendly and nice. I wouldn't recommend this place and we had to pay 159.00 a night for a 1 star hotel. The crevices around the shower were filthy and had old hair and gunk stuck in them, it just wasn't clean
