would go back anytime and recommend to anyone Rooms are very clean. Large HD television with a good variety of options. Beds are very comfortable. Room had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and shower had great water pressure. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Conveniently located to NYC.

Aweful not u was excellent the one in Pennsylvania rude I stayed at this hotel was very nice customer service clean room I enjoyed it now I'm here in Pennsylvania the customer service is rude no towel had to go Landry room ask for them on day 4 very nice girls but I asked a guy that was working there on May 19 if I could stay for a few hours give them extra money for few hours so rude because of my flight he said we don't pay by the hour gotta pay for the hole night we have house keeping here check in is 3 or 4 ok I was only staying a few hours so they would get Xtra money and still be able to rent the room stupid then house keeping mattress was smoking out side the room I was said gotta be 50 feet away realy there was a tiny sign in the hall way that the guy showed me Noone can see it aweful your hotel was so nice I'm gonna say to everyone go to your hotel not that far I was here for a funeral the couldn't be nice unbelievable but got homeless people living here and I'm a traveler paying good luck to them no breakfast no coffee horrible and I've been to many roofs in there aweful to the costumers the girl at nigh was so nice but the guy rude

Red Roof Inn Fairfield NJ-Facility and rooms could be better with more attention to repairs and maintence This review is on my recent stay at Red Roof Inn, Fairfield NJ. The room where I stayed on the top floor had a shower that was not working properly. There was only very hot water coming out of the mixing valve making the shower/tub unusable. The wallpaper in the room was peeling in several spots. Noticed on the room ceiling, there were several cracks and patched sections which may have been caused by a roof leak in the past. There was no lock on the sliding window. The wifi internet connections were very unreliable. I stayed at this facility a couple of years ago when it was operated by Comfort Inns. Overall facility conditions and maintenance were much better then.

THE HOTEL STAFF IS FRIENDLY, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THEIR GUESTS FEEL WELCOME, AND COMFORTABLE.
