Pleasant Experience in a unpredictable moment. Doubletree hotel in Fairfield , New Jersey, was one of the best hotels that I stayed at. I crossed paths with Doubletree by Hilton Fairfield Hotel & Suites, when my flight was canceled and ultimately I missed the flight due to multiple delays and cancelations. The airline referred this hotel to me and the hotel fortunately accommodated me for the night. I was very thankful for being accommodated. The customer service representative, David sensed my frustration for having to stay in an unfamiliar city for the night and was very instrumental in ensuring that I was comfortable, and was able to stay professional and courteous during my time of unpredictability. I appreciate that because it made my experience more positive and memorable. I woukd definitely choose Doubletree Hotel if I am in , Fairfield again. Thank you for your wonderful staff, and delicious breakfast that was a complimentary to me. I was so grateful and blessed to have met a great group of people, from the front desk to the kitchen staff!!

Overpriced what what’s being offered Not getting the value for what we paid for. While the hotel itself is fine, the front desk staff's attitude was disappointing. Housekeeping removed our towels without replacing them, and when we called about it late at night, we were rudely told that no one was available to bring new ones, making us feel unwelcome and frustrated. Furthermore, the poor sound insulation meant we could hear everyone's footsteps, waking us up very early. Given these issues, the hotel feels overpriced for the money.

Stay away The hotel is generally okay, but the front desk staff's attitude is disappointing. Housekeeping removed our towels without replacing them. When we returned late and called about it, we were rudely told that no one was available to bring new towels, which left us feeling unwelcome and upset. Moreover, we were disturbed by loud music from the neighboring room. When we reported it, the staff simply offered us $5 in points for a future stay instead of resolving the issue. We weren't seeking compensation; we wanted the problem to be handled.

Great Hotel and Exceptional Staff My family and I visit this hotel twice a year. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. The rooms are large, and the beds are awesome. The location is perfect especially being able to walk to the Target store located next door. Looking forward to returning during the holiday season for some shopping at Willowbrook mall.

LISA ANDERSON IS RACIST As a Hilton honors member I am completely disappointed in the service I received at this location by an employee by the name of Lisa Anderson. On 6/22 at approximately 4:40pm . I approached the front desk was not greeted with a smile but rather a cold stone face . I asked if there was any rooms available Lisa Anderson said no we are completely booked for the evening. I asked again just to double check because I know I saw some rooms available online on third party hotel sites . She said once again no rooms are available sir ! In a demeaning way. I left went back to my vehicle and looked online where my wife proceeded to booked a room at this hotel. My wife went to check us in as she was waiting online to get checked in the person infront of her asked if there were any rooms available for this evening Lisa Anderson told the gentleman yes we have some rooms available for this evening and checked him in without any issues (he wasn't even a Hilton honors member). Needless to say when my wife told me the news I was completely upset. To be honest I can tell Lisa Anderson is racist . I really hope this matter is looked into . I've been a Hiltin honors member for over a decade and have never felt like at had to leave a negative feedback like this . Upon checkout I asked to speak with management but apparently no managers work on Sundays .
