Nice and quiet in the Cincinnati area This is one of a few hotels in my travels that I didn’t find a single fault. Not even a minor one. First off, Bonnie was super sweet and helpful. I called early in the day to ask about early check in. She actually called back to confirm that it could be done. Most hotels don’t call you back to confirm something. That is super service. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked great for being on the top floor. It’s often spotty in most hotels. I would definitely stay here again. It checked all the boxes

Bonnie makes your stay just now on Google Stayed 8.9-8.11.24 -- stayed in room 408. Nice room, cool you can control everything from your phone. Only issues loud AC, slippery tub and a shower that doesn't drain well But... their saving grace is Bonnie at the front. People were so rude, and she was patient. They were telling long stories as she had a line to check out, she was patient and helpful. She apologized to all complaints. All while helping a newer employee with things. If Hampton doesn't recognize an amazing employee, I'll hire her!!

Do NOT Use This Hilton Facility Vacation | Family 7/3-7/7/24 visit. Staff we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room darkening shades were great. From there we were very disappointed. Both beds were broken down on the side everyone sits on so bad you felt like you were rolling uphill to the opposite side. Furniture is so old the varnish was all sticky and soft on all the edges. Floors and carpet were disgustingly filthy. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and the water pressure was horribly weak. The air/heat unit was very loud and disturbed our sleep. The fridge did keep our items very cold. Room service is only every other day so we had to chase down our own towel replacements. Hotel staff chooses to park in the front drive-up area blocking traffic. The spa had a sign "out of service". The lock on the back outside exit door at the end of our hallway was not operating so they had the lock taped over which allowed anyone to come and go as they pleased 24/7. When we called about it the night clerk lied to us and told us it would be secured at night. The day clerk the next morning told us it had been broken for weeks. In this day in age this is a huge security risk to patrons. This hotel standards are far from what we have always enjoyed in the past staying at many Hilton locations. We do not recommend staying here and we will never use this location again. We took pictures for proof. Check out the pictures of our dirty white socks after walking on the floors. Very disappointing The hotel was disappointing. The room was clean, but we soon discovered there was no hot water in our room. We reported this to the front desk and were told that we couldn’t switch rooms, as the hotel was full, but they would have the manager contact us. We were never contacted and had to deal with cold water for the night. On checking out the next day, we mentioned the issue again and were told all they could do was a $20 refund for the inconvenience. We accepted this and left, but did not feel that this was a satisfactory compensation. When my credit card was charged, we were charged for the whole amount - NO refund. Never contacted by rhe manager. Had to contact Hilton to get the promised refund. We will not be staying here again.

Consistent rooms and service for the most par Whenever we travel we tend to stay at Hampton’s if rooms are available and not overly pricey. Room rates tend to get expensive when occupancies are high ( supply and demand ). This particular hotel has always been our choice when we are in town visiting my sister. It is convenient to the local airport and car rental places when I fly into the area. Even when we drive places to eat are also close by. This recent trip we arrived and moved all our stuff into the room only to find out the heat wouldn’t work. The young men at the desk confirmed the problem and moved us to another room which turned out to work better. The manager did reduce our bill for that first night of inconvenience after I ran into him on Monday. Great guy to work with. The breakfast fare is pretty much the same as other places but since all I ever have is coffee and cereal I’m good. The place is clean and kept up. There was a car breakin while we were there which I thought very unusual as the hotel isn’t real close to areas where one would think that stuff would happen .Thry are now really pet friendly with areas for pets to relieve themselves. This may make some unhappy but in my experience pets are less destructive and problematic at times than some humans. The staff here are very friendly and helpful . While we were here there was a large wedding party staying so it was busy
