Never again This hotel has gone way downhill. Used to be one of my favorites but it was dirty and the bed is uncomfortable. There was dirt along the microwave and the stand by the bed. All of the furniture is really ran down. The hallway has stains everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1 out of 10 and dirty This is one of the worst stays in a hotel I have had in my life. The original room I booked had mold in the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom was dirty and some things were broken. Including the ceramic tile and a towel holder left on countertop by the sinks. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. The rest of the room was not too much better. You could tell not a lot of effort went into cleaning the room. I went to the front desk to complain. They then gave me another room which was cleaner upon inspecting it and before accepting the offer. When we were settling down for the night, I went to lock the door with the I-bolt and ball. But the ball piece was missing like someone had kicked in the door. This was around 9pm at night and I had 4 small children with me. I went down to the front desk to complain. I was not given a solution or offer to this problem. I asked how was to secure our room for the night properly? Nothing. I did not sleep well at all over this issue. The next morning I canceled the remaining days I had booked and went to another hotel. I asked for a whole refund given the circumstances but was only refunded for the remaining canceled days. If it was not so late I would have canceled the entire stay if I did not have small children who were almost asleep. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Lawsuit...Incoming I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. I had reservations and paid for it. Coming to town to watch my grandson play in a championship high school football again. When I got to the hotel to check in, I was told my room was not available and so many rooms were blocked. I told the gentleman, I have a reservation and paid for the room. He again stated the rooms were blocked off for whatever reason. I had to go search for another hotel. My law firm is looking into the breach of contract. Comfort Suites and I had a contract which they failed to live up to. I did my part, made a reservation and paid for the room. They broke the contact by not providing the room. Once my law firm finish reviewing this and it is determined, Comfort Suites broke the contact, I will be filing a lawsuit. I will never let companies, no matter how big they are thinking they can do what they want, whenever they want!

Miserable Weekend Do not book!!! Definitely not worth the money and/or the headache. I will not recommend anyone. The whole establishment needs cleaning. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom floors had caked up dirt and the shower ceiling was moldy. We had no air all weekend long (the young front desk lady did hunt me down an old dusty fan from the laundry room). No other rooms available to accommodate the 5 of us. Not to mention 3 of the 5 were kids. Pool was closed all weekend long even though we were told at check in that it would reopen on that Saturday morning. The pictures online do not match the actual hotel in person. Breakfast very limited in choices, they kept running out and the food was being cooked in the microwave. They should consider really taking the time to fix the known issues. Even one of the staff members informed me that the room we were in should not had been used because of the known air conditioning problems with the unit and the manager were aware of it. Heck, the air unit's cover was hanging down to the floor. To make matters worse, it has been almost a week and I have not received an email back from the General Manager. Every time i call she/he is not there or available. I have given my name and number out at least 3 times and still have not received a call back. Needless to say, 267.00 wasted on an uncomfortable and hot weekend which was supposed to be a family getaway!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The WORST hotel experience I have ever had. The carpet was ripped along the wall with carpet fibers and such stringing everywhere. The carpet was ripped back from the transition strip to the bathroom exposing the carpet tack strip. We found this out because our daughter cut her foot on the exposed nails sticking up from the tack strip. The tile in the bathroom was broken and sharp shards were sticking up for someone to cut their foot. Mold in the corners and around toilet. One lamp for an entire suite (it felt like a dungeon). Lobby smelled like mold and pool. Pool had no electricity or lights. Milk was spoiled at breakfast. Yogurts were expired. All the muffins and bread items were stale. Coffee in lobby and at breakfast were lukewarm. When asked to make a new hot pot, the attendant took the percolator back, brought it back in 3 minutes with more cool coffee and then admitted that all their coffee pots are broken. I suggested maybe going to the Target down the street and buying a 12 cup drip coffee maker for $20 would be better service for their guests. I've gotten the runaround from them and choice hotels for 3 months and finally received my booking points back in July 2023.
