Value Choice My word to describe this experience would be "Value." No, it's not fancy by any stretch of the imagination. But this will do if you need a place to put your head down. If I were in the same situation, I would stay there again.

Fell short of expectations, even at $95 a night I chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance of my business in Fallon. Even though it was about the cheapest you'd find a hotel room anywhere in the country, I still would try to avoid it in future. Its positives are the room rate, no safety issues that I encountered, and the fact that it is an easy walk from the Fallon's downtown business and leisure district (Maine Street). The drawbacks include: - The guy at the front desk understood almost no English. He didn't seem to understand even simple questions and requests. - A $1 charge for each coffee machine cartridge in your room (I have never encountered this before, even in economy hotels). - The orange juice dispenser in the front office was broken, a soda vending machine was semi-broken (would only accept quarters) - in short, the place doesn't seem to be maintained very well. - Wifi is hokey and unreliable. Took ages to load the login page after connecting, after which is was slow and kept kicking me off. I had to use my phone as a hotspot in the end. - The split unit air conditioner was so noisy that I was unable to sleep with it on. Noise from the street outside and adjacent rooms was also loud enough to be a distraction. - The swimming pool was covered and out of use. - The bathroom was worn and dirty (there was a faint blood stain on the toilet seat lid!). If you're on a very tight budget, and/or want to stay within walking distance of downtown Fallon, this place is possibly worth considering. But otherwise, I would head for one of the slightly more upscale hotels within a mile or two on the Lincoln HIghway.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. This place is god awful. It’s like a crappy motel from the 70’s. Everything, and I mean everything, needs updating. Towels were old, thin and dingy. Pillows were completely flat and worn out. I got one packet of coffee in my room and there was a sign behind the counter that said additional coffee was $1.00 per packet. Continental breakfast was literally hostess twinkies and chocolate cupcakes. Go somewhere else.

Unsafe and disgusting Dana Hebert 1/5 16 minutes ago on Google I have never seen such a disgusting hotel in my life, mold on the floor, shower, sink, along with dirt, dust, and someone else's pubic hair on the floor, bed spread was stained and gross, sheets were not clean, drug dealing everywhere, I asked for my money back which they refused to give me even though it was 15min after I got there. Police dept says it is a drug infested place and they are there often. The owners were very agressive and threatening. People be very weary if there are any positive reviews I can pretty much guarantee you it was them or family leaving it. Homeless incampments are cleaner and safer to stay in. I have pictures which I will be leaving in Yelp since they won't let me do that here

OK I was passing thru this area about a week ago. I originally tried a couple places in Eastern Reno/Sparks area (super 8 & another) and could not believe they were asking for over $220/nite for what appears to be an average kinda dumpy place. They all were saying the same thing - "it's Friday nite and prices go up on weekends" ! I was floored that places that should be in the $60-$75 range were trying to extract 3X the norm. This EconoLodge was doing the same albeit to a lesser degree. I have not used this particular place before but I would usually be able to get a room in this area for around $75-ish but since I was tired I paid the asking rate of $105. This place is at best average or in the OK range.
