Filthy and disgusting OMG! Do not stay here if you can afford to stay somewhere else. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. The outside was being painted when we arrived and the lobby has been remodeled but that’s the only good thing about the place. Apparently they’ve been in the process of remodeling for months but it will never be decent because of the filth. Where do I start…. first walking into the room there was garbage on the floor, a hair tie, dirt and pieces of plastic. The bathroom mirror was filthy as well as the floor. But… there was a gross ring of dirt/oil around the tub. I wanted to puke. It gets worse. There were no towel bars and you have to reach across the room to get to the toilet paper. The shower curtain was gross and stained. all the towels were clean but stained. The fan was super loud and hanging out of the wall. The bedspread was old and stained. The sheet did not cover the side of the mattress and there was a huge brown stain on the side of one mattress. One bed had wrinkled sheets and it looked like someone had slept there. No bedside lamp, in fact there was only one light in the entire room and that was above the tv. Furniture is all cheap stuff but new. It doesn’t fit well in places. It’s difficult to get to the AC/heat controls. The smoke alarms are sketchy. The guy who checked us in at midnight was very nice. Needless to say, we decided to skip their complimentary breakfast.

Worst Customer Service Ever I got to this hotel. It actually turned out to be the wrong hotel, thank goodness. From the outside, it looks decent. I went in and they were remodeling. I booked my room thinking it was this hotel, but it was another Super 8 in West Fargo. BUT, I know I will never, EVER book a stay at this hotel. The person at the front desk was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service situation. How? HOW did she get her job???? She was just horrible. I left, shaking my head. I could not believe how badly she treated me. I was nice to her, tried to be friendly, she didn't even look at me, told me there was no rooms, told me I must be at the other one, when I asked where the other ones, she basically buried her head in her phone and was so terribly rude about it. I have nothing but a BAD taste in my mouth about this place.

Please close down to renovate. Horrible business practice. Super 8, if you want to renovate a hotel and have no services available, you may as well just close for a month or two and get it done. The only reason we booked this was because it had a pool and complimentary breakfast. Both which were unavailable due to renovations. Rediculous. No warning, no discount, just business as usually with nothing you state you have. Dust and drywall all over the place. Just a dump. Close down to renovate, don't be such greedy corporation. Do better. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. I feel ripped off.

RUN!! Do NOT walk.... Agree with "BURN IT DOWN" and "SLEEP IN YUR CAR"! Welcome to the little hotel of horrors! This stay was suppose to be our last of a family road trip, after a full day of driving we made the mistake of not checking the room or the reviews before booking a room. We hauled our things into our room just to realize the floor had lots of dog hair and little garbage on it, the wall and mirror had something smeared on it. I didn't need to look further, I wasn't hopeful that the next room would be better but it was getting late. After some time my husband managed to find one of the rude front desk staff who gave us a card for the room next door. After trying the key a few times the door opened a crack and a man informed us we had the wrong room. As he said this I heard a loud bark, realizing the room was occupied I decided I should make my way back to our room, before I was able to take the three steps back, the dog had squeezed through the opening in the door and he lunged right at me! I immediately pushed it off and the dog chomped down on my hand! The next thing I remember was getting our boys back into our room as I did not know where the dog had gone or who had pulled it off me, our daughter had locked herself in the bathroom as was crying in absolute fright. I then went downstairs to explain to the staff what had taken place but they did not take responsibility for their error, nor did they know if the dog had been let in or snuck through a back door. The dog owners came down and apologized and assured us the dog had all his shots up to date. We ended up leaving in frustration, not sure what should be done. We continued heading toward home and discussed the situation further. My hand was swelling and had a number of punctures as well as a 3/4" gash on the bottom. As we reached Grand Forks we decided to ask the advice of the authorities. It was recommended that the dog be seized until proof of rabies shot could be provided. By the time we got home at 4am the police informed us that the dog had no papers to prove shots. After getting checked at our local hospital our day finally ended at 6:30am. As I write this review we are waiting on conformation that the dog did not show signs of rabies and praying that treatment won't be necessary. This awful excuse for a hotel should be shut down.
