look at the rooms first before you have to stay here so bad! I saw the pictures on internet then we booked at the front desk wow this place was a trash hole, the pictures were a scam this place then somehow lost are info after 2 min in the room, are card has not been refunded it has been 18 days. The General Manager was extremely rude and walked away because she walked outside picked a cigarette off the ground and started to smoke it. Please look at the room first, this was very bad experience by far.

Terrible Manager Chelsea Morton need to be fired. I stayed in mainstay suits for three months, it was terrible what she did to me and to my daughter . So rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel until Chelsea Morton keep being there. She treated me so disrespectful. Please never never go anywhere where this person exists. She is dangerous. Please be care full as a guest there because if she don’t like you she will ask her staff to lie on you and she will lie to the cops to check you out immediately without pay you back at the day they kick you out with no reason as it happens to me. She will ask you to sign the paper you got refunded but it’s not! You will be out of the hotel and you will need to wait 7 days until money come back to your account… maybe! I didn’t received yet. They kick me out with no reason, I couldn’t even complete the rest 5 days I pay for. I was shocked . The police told me that manager Chelsea have all the rights to check me out because she is the manager. I asked but what’s the reason? They told me she don’t need reason ., she is a manager so she have the rights to check you out no need a reason. I said : but I paid and I still have a week … anyway they told me she have a right to kick me out if she wants. Later on while we packing our baggage Chelsea and her supervisor housekeeper complained to the cops that I was trying to hit her face and many more lies . I asked them please check the camera but they refused. My daughter cried front of the police asking to check the camera because there is all truth…. if they check cameras they will see how Chelsea showing to me her middle finger and staying so close to my face and keep saying “ do you want try me?” She really tried her best to provoked me to hit her but I never never did and even my hard was down while she waving her hands to my face. No one checked camera and they just kick us out by the Chelsea lies. It is hard to believe but it happened to me and I warning you please to stay away from this hotel and any other hotels where Chelsea Morton is a manager

Don't waste your money. This place is so run down and worn out from outside in. And the internet is really slow; keeps disconnecting. It's in a major business area and the internet is dragging and I have to keep reconnecting. How am I supposed to conduct business? This hotel is literally located on a 'tech drive'. Chair--all worn and torn, No smoke detector. A screw was on the floor. Desk chair had white 'stuff' all over it. Isn't it normal to expect a shampoo/cond. and lotion in the bath? Just two shampoos. No b'fast at all. FYI.

Horrible, Horrible hotel, Stay Away! Please dont make the mistake of being a guest at this hotel for reasons below: + The most arrogant, illmannered and pathetic hotel staff especially the current manager ( Chelsea Morton) and her boss Darmesh + The hotel looks alright from outside but the corridors and rooms have a strong stench that will settle in your belongings and is hard to deal with + The appliances are junk old, stale and not fit for use + General amenities sucks big time + They make many promises for room service but never show up + Common areas smell like trash gone bad more so because its unpicked and overflowing + Wash basins make you puke when you notice the gunk under the basin cap + Smoke smell from likely weed, crack and Marijuana especially in the rest rooms next doors on weekends and latenights + Police visits frequently, parking lot filled with their cars + Management asks guests to sign contracts with higher per night rate and if you dont agree they will threaten to call cops on you + Little to no privacy in rooms + Be prepared to stop at the front desk for re-keying every now and then Hope you take advantage of this review and find a place at around same price but much cleaner and professional people to speak to. *** AVOID THIS GHETTO. PERIOD ***

Don’t Stay Here! The room was decent and had a nice bathroom. However, the mattress was HORRIBLE and we hardly slept at all. We won’t be back. Very disappointed that this was part of the Choice Hotels brand. This was our first bad experience with Choice Hotels.
