Best Afternoon Tea We had the most amazing afternoon tea on 6th August. The food was excellent and by far the best we've had in many years. There was so much to eat we took a doggy bag home with some scones & cakes. The service was impeccable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were not rushed and spent a casual 3 hours having a relaxing time. The ambience was great as there was plenty of room with each table area partially sectioned off with a dark linen curtain for privacy. Thoroughly recommend The Aviator and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff and management for a wonderful experience.

ANNUAL STAY Another fantastic 2 night stay at this amazing hotel. As before there were 6 of us. Started on Thursday with afternoon tea. Adele was our waitress, such a lovely knowledgeable lady. The best afternoon tea to date. Friday saw us doing a little shopping before heading back to hotel for cocktails on the terrace in the sunshine. Again the staff are so accommodating. Moving furniture to the shade for us. Brilliant. Friday night was a meal at The Swan. Fantastic service and food and drink was great. Every aspect of this hotel goes beyond expectations. From when you check in to when you leave. Been so many times now the reception staff recognise me. Hope that's a good thing Thank you Aviator, especially your outstanding staff.

Unforgettable break Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we finally visited The Aviator, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The friendly concierge welcomed us and directed us to the attentive staff at reception. Arriving earlier than expected, we enjoyed drinks at the Cocktail Bar where the staff were incredibly accommodating. The dining area offered a lunch deal at £19 for two courses, which was a steal - the food was exceptional, and the Happy Anniversary card on the table was a thoughtful gesture. The room was a surprise; we didn't realize we had been upgraded until we opened the door to a lounge area with a TV, a bedroom with another TV at the foot of a comfortable bed, a bath with a TV, and stunning views over the Farnborough Airport runway, complete with a Happy Anniversary cake. Our heartfelt thanks to The Aviator and the staff for making our anniversary unforgettable.

Exquisite afternoon tea in this beautiful hotel I was treated by a friend to afternoon tea here, for my birthday. It was really delightful. The service staff were very professional and attentive, yet friendly and characterful. The food was quite exquisite. Delicate but packed with flavour. We had a sommelier to explain about the various teas we could have, bringing little sample of each for us to see and smell. After sandwiches, savouries and sweet treats, scones with cream and jam were brought out. I was too full, and the staff packed them away in a takeaway box for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They made us both feel very special. A wonderful experience in a beautiful and elegant setting within this delightful hotel.

The hotel teams could not do more for us My wife and I got married at the Aviator Hampshire. Hayley (the wedding co-ordinator) was fantastic from beginning to end, and really looked after us and the little bits of wedding finesse throughout. Francesco and Steve who were there throughout the day ensuring everything went smoothly were also fantastic. Joshua the concierge could not have been more helpful to us, and Mikey in the Brasserie made our first dinner as husband and wife so special. As for the hotel itself, it's beautiful. The staircase is a real photo opportunity and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylish. I could not recommend this hotel more.
