Great stay Stayed over on a road trip from NYC. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was the best. Lajune is the sweetest and was super helpful as we were checking in very late. There was even an area for our dog to run around and do his thing. Would highly recommend the Candlewood!

Great stay Stayed over on a road trip from NYC. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was the best. Lajune is the sweetest and was super helpful as we were checking in very late. There was even an area for our dog to run around and do his thing. Would highly recommend the Candlewood!

Excellent Candlewood Suites experience! The Candlewood Suites in Fayettevliie Fort Bragg was excellent. Large room, updated bathroom (with tub, which for us is a big plus!), comfortable bed, nice kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and two burner cooktop. Valerie at the front desk was welcoming and warm, and provided several restaurant recommendations, including Luigi's, which we went to and loved. Our only quibble was that, even though the kitchenette was very well equipped to prepare meals, there was only one chair in the room! There was certainly room to have a small bistro table and two chairs, so that couples could enjoy their meals without one person sitting on the bed! It's a bit farther from I-95 than we thought, but was well worth the diversion. Our dog was very happy there too!

Excellent Lodging The Candlewood Suites Ft. Bragg was excellent. It IS a bit of a hike from the I-95 exits, however. Our room was comfortable and clean. It has a mini-kitchen and serving pieces which we used for a healthy bereakfast of yogurt and fruit. Valerie (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) checked us in and responded to our request for dinner suggestions with several good ideas. There were good dog walking areas around the hotel. There were a large number of soldiers staying at the hotel - many of them women. I hope they complete their service in good health. We were very glad we opted for Valerie’s suggestion Luigi’s, just a few hundred yards from the hotel. It has a large covered outdoor patio. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our chicken piccata (Susan) and veal piccata, (moi) were delicious. A nice, though short wine list included some very good selections.

Clean, comfy hotel with dedicated staff! I had an excellent one night stay here. It was a very clean hotel with such a friendly staff, I kind of wish I'd had more of a reason to stay other than traveling back from New York to Florida. I had my two dogs with me and they were the only last minute hotel available. Normally, I would have arrived at a time no staff would be available for a true check in but Lejeune was there and ready to assist. She was so friendly and so helpful, it was very refreshing. Not all hotels I've stayed at have someone so kind managing the desk that late at night. The room was excellent. Very clean. Quite a bit of space and a near full kitchen set up. Comfy bed! At check out, Amanda was just as kind and helpful as Lejeune. Seems like the staff here really cares about the guests. Great stay, would stay again if the moment ever calls for it!
