You mean NO QUALITY INN! This hotel has no QUALITY – what a disgrace! -Started with Check-in – there was someone being helped so I was waiting but noticed another employee just standing there & told me if would be a few minutes. I said thanks & waited until the first person was done. As I stepped up another person came in the door & the idle employee rushed up to help him. I grumbled something to the agent helping me & she just scoffed. Check in then went fine & I was assigned to a room on the 3rd floor. -Then the elevator stunk of smoke, musty & getting off on the floor it was overpoweringly disgusting. (Didn’t even think there were still hotels that allowed smoking.) Found my room & the door was very stiff to open but room did not smell & it was relatively clean enough for one night. Other guests I ran into in the hall also made comments about the smell and the doors! -Then a dog was also booked across the hall which is fine but barked quite a bit when first arrived. Why they would put a dog on the 3rd floor vs 1st floor is a mystery. -Then the TV had no guide anywhere & the room phone was broken so a call to the front desk did not work. I ventured downstairs to ask if there was a channel guide to avoid clicking on every channel. I was told NOPE – just keep clicking. -Then I asked about the smoking policy & was told the 3rd floor has smoking rooms. I mentioned how disgusting it was but was just asked if the room smelled & I said it was ok but had I known I would have requested another floor. No comment or offer was given. -Then when I used the sink & closed the stopper, to my dismay there is NO WAY to reopen it. I crawled under the sink & tried opening with a screwdriver & nothing worked so the water stayed. I would have called but the phone did not work & as I was then in my pajamas, I gave up & brushed my teeth in the bathtub. The towels were threadbare & only one decent bath towel. -Then the internet sucks, the password they gave me was incorrect – it had a period at the end but in reality, it did not. But even after I figured that out, I gave up it was so slow. -The microwave was filthy but the fridge worked (small wonder). -Breakfast was a total blah. -& more………… Only good thing is that is right off the exit. Definitely keep driving by this NO-Quality Inn.

Smelled of mildew and mold DONT BOOK HERE - you will only waste your time and money dealing with this Horrible "Quality" ... I literally had to sleep in my car because my health would have been compromised by sleeping in a moldy, mildew-smelling room. The hallways had trash in it, and there were no masks being worn by the front desk concierge. Recent Yelp reviews have been rolling in at 1 stars from other frustrated consumers. Travelocity is struggling to get a refund from the hotel for this reservation since they claim there is no issue. I've spent hours trying to process a refund. The hotel has refused to refund me the stay. Travelocity needs to get their act together and not sell for disgusting "establishments". At least their parking was well lit so I didn't feel too unsafe as I slept in my car.

Not worth the Money! Checked in on a Sat. evening, motel was fairly busy, front desk staff were friendly. Checked into out room on the 3rd floor, #307. This room appeared to have been cleaned but upon further inspection there was dirt on the floor as if the room had not been sweep, bathroom floor was sticky, toilet seat would not stay up (makes it difficult for males), refrigerator in the room had tons of frost & would barely close, rust/stains in bath tub/shower & lots of noise from the interstate close by. We did like the breakfast provided as it is better than other motels we have stayed at recently & the flooring in the room is much better than carpet. I can not recommend this motel even though we have stayed at several Quality Inns in the past, this one is by far the worst we have experienced, we will not be staying here in the future. Staff was friendly, but when I requested a copy of my receipt, I received a copy of some type of system audit. My fault for not checking it before leaving.

Indoor corridors for the price of a motor inn and no bagged to go continental breakfast! To me, indoor corridors are a must. Being a woman, I prefer them for security, peace and quite. This inn is immaculate. Updated and fresh. Our king room is spacious. The bathroom is cleaner than mine at home. Very quiet. The staff very friendly. The manager is EVERYWHERE. I dont know how he does it. He just magically appears! There is a pre covid hot breakfast buffet. What a welcomed site! The lounge has been configured for distancing. Face masks are worn. The price for the room is much less than other similar chains. We chose this property because they are human and pet friendly. This busy exit offers many hotel choices, but us, this Choice Hotel was the rite choice for us.
