Nice hotel, for the dogs Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK, but most other chains are better. When we checked in, the lobby A/C was busted. We checked in on the day of the Crowdstrike Internet failure, so room keys could not be issued because that system was down. The desk clerk gave us an emergency key so that we could access our room. She was adamant that we return the key by hand in the morning. Even though we said we understood, she reiterated the importance of returning the key. She also asked twice if we had pets, telling us they were not allowed. There was a dog barking all night in a room near ours. In the morning, three guests with four barking dogs total checked out while we were eating breakfast in the lobby. Finally, the property is next to the train tracks and freight trains rumbled by several times during our one night stay. This was an expensive room. Very comfortable, but too many negatives for the price.

Hidden dangers of obesity The staff was nice and room 321 was very clean. We did have two strange issues neither of which I've ever experienced at a hotel. The bed was really really sagging in the middle (enough the hotel easily should have known), and the steel bathtub had a big depression in the bottom such that even though the drain was fine a lot of water pooled up as the bottom of the tub was below the drain. I can only guess that some gigantic person had a long enough stay in the room to permanently damage the mattress and bathtub.

Price Gouging & The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced I had the exact same experience as the other reviewer who mentioned price gouging. I was told $141 on the phone only to arrive and the price was $240. When I received the hotel survey in my email, I wrote about my honest experience. Misty, the hotel manager that responded to the previous reviewer, told me I was a liar, and that she would not apologize, and also accused me of actually being the other reviewer here. I was not asking for a refund or anything when I responded to the survey. I was only sharing my honest experience with the hotel. However, this manager decided to go out of her way to make sure my experience was even worse. It’s so unfortunate they have people like this in management. Not only did I have a bad experience, but I was then accused of being a liar. That’s about as bad as Customer Service can get.

Exceptional comfort and friendliness Everyone on staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The sheets are super soft and comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. I stayed here on the first night of a cross-country trip. I wish all my hotels would be this comfortable.
