Definitely a QUALITY hotel ! Came on a bus trip to visit several sites in the Hudson Valley. Had a prior meeting with Asst. General Manager LEAH NEWTON to work out details. She was terrific and we communicated before the trip.I booked 58 rooms for a 2 night stay Our group was not disappointed. The hotel was wonderful, extremely clean and well kept, staff was excellent. Breakfast is included in the room cost. Nothing "gourmet" but very good overall. Nothing but compliments from our entire group!

Decent enough...the front desk clerk made an older and decent hotel better. Certainly not the newest building but it was decent enough. If you really love the color brown you are going to love this place. The breakfast was sub par; the standard powdered eggs were not even offered. Location near I-84 was perfect. The price paid was not worth the money we spent. The rooms were clean and neat, and the beds were comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel was the front desk clerk ALICE. She was friendly, cheerful, and professional.

What's with the A/C? Went to bed with the room comfortably cool but it didn't stay that way. In the middle of the night the room had warmed up and no amount of adjusting the unit would help. Then at the front desk I later noticed a sign announcing something to the effect that if the outside temperature reached 67 degrees, the a/c would shut off and only outside air would come in. Huh? So the hotel decides for the guest what is comfortable? I suggest staying elsewhere until maybe November. Also, this place does not have high definition TV. Haven't seen that in years.

We return again and again when in the area Clean, friendly and convenient. Breakfast was sufficient. Bathroom faucet leaked on the vanity when turned on. Front desk did apologize and said that maintenance will address the issue. I-84 diner a short walk nearby. This motel is right off of I-84.

Convenient I-84 Access Stayed here one night as we made our way north to Maine. It was a welcome stop coming from Virginia. Room was spacious and bright with comfortable beds and quiet and efficient temperature controls. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Easy on/off access to I-84 was most convenient. There is a great diner adjacent to the hotel.
