Dependable experience for a HGI Walking distance to NAU with a Coco’s next door (Kohls, Walmart, Del Taco and gas stations close!), I’ve come to count on a good stay here each time I’m in town. Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast choices and ample free parking. Strong WiFi as well. No freeway or train noise!

Disappointing stay for $250 This is a thin walled old hotel that has been remodeled many times based on the plumbing in the bathroom. I don’t mind that but the check in agent was disinterested in helping me check in. Basically she ignored me until I walked up right in front of her. She wasn’t unpleasant but far from welcoming the check out agent was the same. Disinterested. You could tell this was just a job and didn’t care much about how the hotel appeared to guests. I’ve stayed here before but the people who worked here were at least nice and pretended that they appreciated your business

Worst Hilton Garden Inn Experience Hilton Garden Inn's are my preferred hotels when I travel for work and pleasure, which is often. This one is different and not in a positive way. First, upon check in they did not recognize or mention my Hilton Diamond status. I had to ask for bottles of water. It is the first HGI that does not have a staffed bar and restaurant in the hotel. The pool and hot tub are aging, with the smallest hot tub I've used at a hotel. There is no ice machine on the first floor, you have to take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor to get ice. Breakfast is not served until 7:00 AM to the public - there were people I assumed were employees eating in the breakfast area before 7:00. Luckily there is a Denny's across the busy street in front of the hotel. The pricing of this hotel is the same as other hotels in the area that offer much more for your money. I would not recommend this hotel.

Did The Trick Good stay. No complaints! We stayed one night on our road trip across the country. Hotel is close to highway and walking distance to several fast food establishments and affordable restaurants. Room was clean with modern decor. There was tea available in lobby which was appreciated after our evening walk in cool windy weather. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Slept well. In the morning we sampled from the wide variety of food available at breakfast. Coffee was good. Checkout was simple.

Clean, nice & dog friendly. We appreciate that you’re dog friendly. The room was very nice & clean. Some dog friendly hotels are not clean so we appreciate that you went the extra mile to provide a nice clean room. Thank you for the dog relieving area too. Staff was friendly & courteous.
