My new affordable go to in Florence Very clean rooms. Everything works. Comfortable bed. Location is great and pretty safe considering I’ve been to some shady super 8s. Guy at the desk when I checked in at midnight was very polite and quick. Rates were very reasonable compared to bigger name hotels in Florence.

very satisfied I travel to florence often for work and very versed in this area. I've stayed around the area before but i had to write a review about this super 8! They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, I felt safe, and the location had multiple food options and was close to the highway. Will come back again!

Great room lousy breakfast When I booked this room, pet fee was advertised at $10 per pet. When I arrived they said they're sorry but it's $20 per pet. The free breakfast consisted of only coffee and granola bars. That was very disappointing. The room itself was awesome. It smelled so clean and I felt good to be there.

Accessibility Do NOT stay here unless it's absolutely necessary. Room smelled like an entire canister of carpet fresh. Couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because the bed was in the way. No accessible shower.

Hoping for a return to Higher Standards, place is in deep decline Unfortunately this hotel has declined more and more over the last couple years. I stay often and purposely chose to stay here because it was clean, well maintained and safe, It has quickly declined in all aspects. I have booked several stays so far this year and have to say, I haven't received a totally clean room yet, always dirty microwave, sheets have hairs and burn wholes in them, beds are ALWAYS mis-shifted and you bang your legs and feet on them. There are items left in the drawers from previous guests, The appliances are barley holding on, especially the fridges, they make a lot of racket like they're on life support or they don't cool at all. Towel racks, clothes racks are all falling off the wall, door latches are missing and falling apart so you cant Locke them properly. Missing remotes, missing light bulbs, sticky film on tables/desk (like they wipe them with dirty rags) I will say that all the female staff and the maintenance man are very nice and professional , the only clerk I've had issues with is the guy with the vape cloud. He was obviously new and not very used to doing this type of work. The maids are a different story, I just cant seem to figure them out at all. They knock on your door when you put "do not disturb out", but you don't see them when you want maid service, all though they all have been nice when they interact with me. My hope is that they will return to taking care of the little things and maintaining the place. I see the new carpets and stairs outside but take care of the basics first.
