Great stay! HIYC is a wonderful place. My husband and I spent the entire month of April there and we couldn't be happier with our experience. People, guests as well as employees, are all very nice. The little apartment we stayed in was perfect, and the pool and view of the intercoastal were just beautiful. In addition, the location is excellent. It is an easy walk to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and bars. This is a small, older establishment that has a very homey feel to it and caters mostly to older folks. Hope to return soon.

Great find! From day one when I called to ask questions about the property and location, Jocelyn was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in Unit 7 and it worked well for my family of 4. Jocelyn even recommended a cot instead of pulling out the sofa bed. It was the perfect location. The kids enjoyed the pool and only having a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We even scheduled a ride on the water taxi that picked us up directly in front of the property. The unit was clean and the grounds were well kept. We will definitely return. FYI-This is a late post but decided to write this while planning the next visit.

Great Location and perfect Stay We stayed at the HIYC for 4 nights prior to a cruise in unit #11. Jocelyen was very friendly and helpful both before we arrived and once we got there. The unit was clean with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The pool and grounds were well kept and a great little patio and table just outside our door. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend the HIYC an plan to return ourselves.

Perfect location, beautiful views! We are a family of 4 and stayed at HIYC for 2 nights prior to a cruise. We really loved this place! We were in unit #28. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was nicely renovated with a great kitchen and comfy beds. The best part was the balcony overlooking the intracoastal. We never tired of sitting out there. Jocelyen at the front desk was very helpful. We walked to the beach, used scooters to go to Publix, and walked to dinner at wine + garden. I highly recommend HIYC for any type of stay, short or long term... a better option than a hotel.

Location! Fabulous location on the inter coastal and 4 blocks from the beach. Great walkable location to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, entertainment, and the Hugo Birch Park which is a great must do. Must do!
