Amazing Was taken care by Marie. Very sweet and friendly lady. Easy check in process.We were greeted by door. Had the best experience and amazing service . If you want a nice little getaway I recommend you come here.

Exactly what we needed and more! From our early arrival with Peter, where we were able to check our bags and were provided direction and convenience of immediate access to the beach and resort facilities while waiting for the room (which did become available before checkin - thank you team B), to the beach team, all the team members we encountered in the hall, to Maria (at checkout) who wrapped up the whole experience with inquisitive questions (ensuring our stay was wonderful) and her overall demeanor and helpfulness. We love this place! There are many amenities that we didn’t get to experience because of our short trip but are excited to be able to come back.

Would not recommend AT ALL Currently staying here and would not recommend this hotel. For a supposed 4-star property, cleanliness and upkeep are seriously lacking. Housekeeping does a poor job—the shower was dirty when we first checked in, with hair left behind and grout that’s black from neglect. We expected it would be cleaned the next day, but nope—the same hair from the previous guest was still there. The best thing about this hotel is honestly the lobby. When you walk in, it smells great and looks clean, but it’s a trap—once you get upstairs, the hallways have dirty carpets and the rooms are gross. Our room didn’t even have a trash can when we arrived. We had to call guest services, which took 30 minutes, and when they finally brought one, it had no liner. On top of that, multiple outlets in the room didn’t work. Sheets aren’t changed as promised either. We left the card requesting fresh sheets (otherwise they’re only changed every 3 days), only to return and find the same sheets—just the bed remade. The hotel tries to frame this as “conserving water and protecting the environment,” but really it feels more like cutting corners, especially since the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned properly. The front desk staff isn’t the friendliest either, which just makes the whole experience worse. If this wasn’t such a short 3-nights trip, we would have checked out and gone elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment and book a different hotel. This is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel honestly.

Great Banquets team! I assisted to a networking event and had so much fun. Ricardo, Ernesto and Maria R. took great care of us, providing excellent service! All of them really looked into the details and assisted me in every possible way. Please give my regards to them, will definitely recommend this place to my team.

Charlie is the best I love this hotel. By far my favorite on the coast. Charlie is my favorite person here, he was such a gem of a person. He was so helpful and made the start to our trip awesome. Thanks again Charlie!
