Breakfast attendant was a hoot! Very nice room, clean and up to date. Next time we are in the area visiting family we will definitely consider this hotel again. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were funny and attentive. "Spray that waffle iron good don't want it to stick and burn!" She was a hoot! Definitely a thumbs up review!

Amazing Customer Service!!!!!!!! Not only were the beds and pillows very comfortable, but the employees were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. We were in the process of moving from Pennsylvania to Washington State and got very behind our first night. They were very accommodating in switching our stay last minute without a charge and adding another night last minute when we needed to stay longer. We would recommend this place to others and would gladly stay again.

Hotel close to a lot of history Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was right on main road at the exit we needed so this was nice. Room was large, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, no variation though. We stayed 3 nights and all 3 mornings exactly the same breakfast. Hot tub was the perfect temperature but always had to ask for towels in the pool area. The last night we were there the room next to us had to have to cops called (not by us). We heard the loud argument in hallway and people chatting with cops. Not long after cops left another argument over whether someone wanted to “be with me anymore”. But that was very short lived as someone said they should leave. Had some good restaurants in Ft.Madison. This was convenient to Nauvoo where we were visiting but learned a lot of other history there too.

The only place to stay in Fort Madison I travel to Fort Madison on a regular basis. I have now stayed in most of the other hotels, I will only be staying at the Quality Inn from now on. Clean, quiet, nice staff, and the breakfast was of good quality. Good restaurant across the street. Next time I'll use the hot tub! Tara, the manager has been great to work with!

Great stay Great stay! The upgrades that they have made are top notch!!! Lobby, hallways and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Everything is like new. The staff is very accommodating. I really don’t have anything negative about this hotel or my stay.
