Over The Top Successful Event Over The Top Successful Event! This is the second opportunity I have used this incredible hotel for my Golf Show. Donavan greeted my business associates with sincere professionalism and directed each person for my 3 day event! Then, Stephanie sharpened her pencil and managed every detail so each meeting room was organized for each day’s schedule to go off without a hitch! Elvis and Frankie were the heros behind the scenes arranging the tables and chairs. I enjoyed working with Kevin and his vast experience in assisting my lunches to meet the needs for all types of dietary needs. Then Nicole, directed the hotel sleeping room details and reservation link with pristine accuracy. For the cocktail reception, Marco did a fabulous job of serving the appetizers and drinks to complete each day!

Wonderful What a hidden Gem. Beautiful hotel great food and location. Friendly staff ! Stephanie and Kevin especially wonderful. We loved the decor the laid back atmosphere. Can’t tell you how pleased I am we are don’t hesitate to book here it’s worth every penny

Wonderful Stay Near RSW There are 2 members of the Crowne Plaza family that I would like to recognize. One would be Israel. Upon check he greeted me with the biggest smile. What a first impression he made at this hotel! So refreshing. He gave us many recommendations for our first day in Ft Myers. The second team member I would like to recognize is Jefferson. On our second day he greeted us with a wonderful smile and such a great compassion for customer service. I work for a major airline and travel quite often. These two individuals made such a great impression on me that I am going to post a blog on my employee website recommending The Crowne Plaza as a must stay for the Ft Myers area. Work conference trip We had a work training at the Crowne Plaza for a week in June. Stephanie & Nicole were such a great help with getting everything set up perfectly...down to the room set up & making sure the food and snacks came out perfect. They were also very accommodating for our employees with allergies. The week ran very smooth with no complaints. Thanks again Stephanie & Nicole for everything!
