Horrible staff. No towels, unsafe and baby spiders We showed up to the hotel at 2:45. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Only one of our rooms was ready. My son didn’t get checked in until an hour later. Upon checking in we were told the pool was unavailable. I asked why, she stated no, it’s not open. No reason, just no. Kids were terribly disappointed. We would not have reserved at the hotel had we know this before hand. He first night someone kept trying to get in our room. I didn’t sleep because my kids were terrified. On the second night I called front desk to see if we could get some towels brought up because the apparently don’t do housekeeping at this location. I was told no, he wouldn’t bring any towels up because he was the only one working. I had to walk down. I was told I wasn’t getting any towels because I didn’t bring the dirty ones down. So I go back to the room. My nephew said someone was checking the door again while I was downstairs. I called the front desk and begged him to bring some towels up because I couldn’t leave the room again because my children were scared. I was again told no and if I couldn’t bring the dirty ones down I’d have to wait until the next day. We had 3 towels and 3 washcloths for the whole weekend. I was told I would be calling the cops if the person checked my door one more time. His solution was he’d check the cameras. I told him it was from the adjoining room. Again he said he’d check the cameras. Strangely, after that call the attempt at opening our door stopped. But still no towels were given to us. The room was dirty. The floors were covered in grime. There were baby spiders all in there. The only plus was the ac worked well. I paid almost 400 a night to be treated like this. StAy at your own risk and bring towels and spider spray you will need it. Also they take a 200 security deposit that we probably won’t see again.

Very Dissatisfied This hotel needs a complete renovation. We arrived and the first room they put us in had black mold growing on the ceiling. We asked to be moved and they accommodated our request. The second room has paint peeling off the ceiling and rusted door frames in the bathroom. The internet was awful I couldn’t even get my cloud software to function. I called the front desk to ask for help and they had the tech team call me back. I stayed on the phone for an hour with them. They finally reset the entire system and it worked for about an hour. My associate was in the room next to mine and their Air Conditioner poured water on the floor. The pool and fitness center were both closed “temporarily”. The breakfast was a very light continental breakfast. The juice machine only had one working juice button. I travel a lot for work. Comfort Suites is a brand we stay in often. I was very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Nice Hotel We actually stayed at the holiday Inn near the Comfort Inn. After we checked out the holiday Inn, we checked into the Comfort Inn because of stormy weather and not wanting to drive in bad weather. The two hotels are less than 3 minutes apart. Check in was awesome. The young lady at the front desk let me check in a little early because I need a dialysis treatment. The room was great and the staff was beyond kind. Everything was good and the room was clean. The only complaint was breakfast. The breakfast was good but the cook can use some lessons. I am serious! She needs to completely cook the sausages, served warm or hot food, make better coffee. Please give the cook some lessons. I could have done a much better job. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Breakfast was adequate but I finished cooking my food in the microwave. This was during my hubby birthday celebration. We stayed only one night at this hotel. I will definitely stay again. This was during December.

This hotel is not safe! My wife and I were staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Fort Walton Beach, FL for our 10 year anniversary. We were staying for two nights. On the afternoon of our second day, we noticed the door to our room was damaged while we were away with obvious signs of a break in attempt. Wood chunks were missing from the door and laying on the ground, the metal frame was bent. We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel at 10PM at night and stayed next door at the Hilton. We are not being refunded for the second night since it was past 3PM. The manager of the hotel Keila Lea did not even go up to look at the damage to the door. There was no concern at all to our safety and the safety of the other guests. We called the local police and they can't do anything unless we were missing items. The hotel would have to call with the damage report, but they are sweeping this under the rug. Very very concerning.

nice find This was a nice find, and it took some looking. We had a little bit of difficulty finding this hotel. Once there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if traveling through.
