2 night stay Very happy with the hotel, breakfast and room. Not happy at all with the staff at the front counter billing my AMEX card instead of my CLC card. Haven't confirmed yet, but they took my CLC information, and now I have to find out if they billed me twice. More work than I needed to worry about. Something extra to do now because they were incompetent when checking me in. When I needed to stay another night and checked back in the next day, they did the same thing. Billed my AMEX card that they required me to give them to hold the room.

Our fourth stay here We stay here for our annual family reunion. The staff is great! Our only complaint is that the bathrooms are a bit tight to enter. A minor maintenance issue was taken care of promptly. We’ll be here next year for our fifth stay.

Great staff, rundown hotel As of summer 2024 - this is not up to Hyatt standard....the staff was kind and Stephen especially went above and beyond helping us out. The actual hotel living areas are what gives this a low review with grace, as it should be 1 star (again the staff is great). Beds were comfy, but when your toilet doesn't work, and then you try to call down and your phone doesn't work, and you're on the 3rd floor... late at night...it's not what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place at all. The carpet on the 3rd floor especially needs to be replaced, some of elevator walls looked like they were going to fall down. Hoping renovations are coming. Also though kind, this hotel does not usually allow you to take breakfast to go. Thankful that when the kitchen lady kindly declined, the front desk understood the need to get on the road after being delayed bc of the broken bathroom in our room. But this policy does not help business travelers or busy travelers.
