Better than expected rooms at budget price, high beds(!) Pleasantly surprised as it was nice, clean, mini fridge & microwave with 2Q beds. Late March at less than $50/n. I did not see an elevator. Mgmt behind plexiglass. The beds are high off the ground and not suitable for the elderly (this seems to be a cultural bedding choice for some renovators, please stop). The area can be sketchy so take reasonable precautions.

Worst customer service and infested with crickets I am not happy with my stay here the front desk people very nice when we checked in. I needed a few more towels as I have long hair and went back to the front desk after having dinner so i could shower and I was questioned why I needed it and if I had towels in the room. There was only one large towel in the room and a small towel and a hand towel and floor towel. Me and my boyfriend both needed to shower and I got attitude when I asked for more and was only give one when asked for two. Very stingy with their towels I guess. When I was walking from my room to the front office and back to my room after I was given my one towel there were crickets everywhere. I understand having a few bugs but to the point they’re everywhere and being dead and not being cleaned up looks really gross. And after getting out of the shower I went and sat on the bed in my hotel room and on the side table in between the beds there’s a dead cricket on top of the table as well. I am not happy with my stay at all. I recommend going down the street there is a nice best western and other hotels down the way a bit go there instead of here. NOT HAPPY!

Nasty! Dirty! Infested! Disgusting! This place is NASTYYYYYY! They’re begbugs in the rooms. My child has bites all over her. I reported it to the manager on duty and she was extremely rude. They have molds on sheets, curtains etc the floors are not cleaned! Omg the place is horrible and the cleaners don’t care. Corporate office really needs to do something about this in not healthy at all. This is highly unexpected! Avoid staying here DO NOT BOOKED THIS HOTEL! I have so many photos and videos of this place! I can’t see how this is still in operation!

If this is America's Best I'd hate to see the worst This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an inn. If this is what they call America's Best then our country is in a worse state than I thought. I arrived around 2 am, which I called ahead of time about. The girl working the desk overnight was very rude, that was after standing in the entry way for a couple minutes being ignored, stood far back from the glass asking questions with a towel shoved under where you can give your ID and card. She gave me my room key and number then walked away from the glass again. I tried asking which side it was on but got no answer. Once in my room I noticed a stale moldy smell. The floor turned my socks black on the bottom walking around the room before laying down. The air conditioner was absolutely filthy, dead bugs were a plenty. The room was uncomfortably warm so I went ahead and turned it on. It kept the air circulation going and cooled the room down a little but not cold. When I used the bathroom I noticed there was one single cup for me to use, and an ice bucket with no liner. The ice bucket was sticky on the inside, not useable at all. I had a king-size room and thought I'd have more than one cup but whatever. There is also not little "complimentary" toiletries. The soap is all in dispensers and those are not kept clean. The shampoo is an all in one with conditioner, and the body wash is also of unknown brand. Even though the inn is convenient, and affordable, I'd expect more for what I paid. It's also in an unsafe area. I arrived at 2am and there were still people walking the roads and in the parking lot. I "slept" with my safety devices in the bed with me. I was more than happy to leave that place, and will never recommend the chain to anyone.

Unsafe, unhealthy hotel with ineffective management and I've got proof. PLEASE See below We went to a concert and had a late checking at 12:30. The non-smoking room we were provided reeked of tobacco smoke. The front desk was notified but my kids had fallen asleep and I didn't want the hassle at 1 of moving to another room. The next morning upon daylight, it became very apparent this was a very run down, poorly maintained or cleaned hotel. Besides the overpowering tobacco smell, we discovered the following issues, a smoke detector missing, the AC unit was badly damaged, not all lights were working order, mold in all corners and along grout in tub and the outside of facility had trash all in parking lot and along outside of facility. The manager again was notified of tobacco smell in room and blamed it on another guest smoking in nearby room. He never apologized or tried to make the issues right. I find fault that not only did the horrendous smell not concern him and could create issues for anyone with lung or breathing issues (hence non-smoking) but operating a facility with the amount of issues our room alone had and then charging what a much better accomodations would cost is unacceptable. All these were brought to management attention again and through Hopper who I booked through with the manager refusing my request for a refund. THIS is an UNSAFE (missing detector, lights not working) UNHEALTHY (mold, tobacco smoke) environment I highly recommend you not subject yourself or family to these conditions.
