5 stars Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in at Fort Worth. Location, staff and service were all excellent. If I had any criticism at all, it was that the base trim was missing in my room. Strange for such a well-maintained facility, but maybe the carpet installer ran out, took the check and never came back, LOL. I'll be back!

Breakfast and Parking Extra Breakfast and parking are not included. Buffet is 17.95/person. Parking is $15/day. Just be sure to add those to the rate when you’re comparing/deciding where to stay. We didn’t. Also, was sent an email to “skip the desk” to checkin online to pick room and receive digital key - still had to check in when arrived to have credit card for incidentals like usual. Not sure what checking in early was good for.

Centrally Located This hotel is centrally located in Fort Worth. Close to many dining options, Medical Center, the TCU sports complex and shopping. The hotel has some renovation activities, which will be nice when completed. Our room was recently renovated and was nice and clean. The staff at the main desk were friendly and welcoming.

Time For Renovation Which They Are Doing. We like this hotel for location, pet friendly and pleasant surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet worked fair. Room was clean and as requested. No safe in room but had fridge and microwave. Did not try the breakfast. Checkin and out efficient. Parking garage is available. As stated above needs updating.

Used to be better This is one of my go to hotels when taking my granddaughter to Cook Children’s. As a Diamond member I get a $10 food and beverage credit. Unfortunately they have raised their prices in the bar/restaurant and this amount doesn’t go far. Pizza used to be $16, now $22. A glass of wine was $15.50. A bit steep. They are also now charging for parking, which is ridiculous. The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. The homeless man sleeping outside in the smoking area did not add much to the ambiance. I like staying here because it is very close to Cook Children’s, but will be looking for an alternative.
