Hampton hospitality Typical Hampton Hospitality...clean, quiet and friendly. Had to ask for water as HH customer. Breakfast was ok. Yogurt was warm. Handy location for our trip. It's nice to know what to expect, when on the road. Would use again, if traveling that way.

Horrible.. dirty and old Very old and dated hotel. Got to our room… no hair conditioner in shower, no tissue, no hair dryer. Was told hotel has no tissue, but conditioner and hair dryer would be brought to room. Then noticed the AC was not working… room at 78 degrees. Moved to new room where temp is still too warm. Hallways also super hot. And lighting is horrible. Rooms 2 lamps… that’s it. We had a lightbulb burned out. Maintenance is a major issue here. Trying to check out early because the facility is so bad… being told we can’t because reservation was booked through a booking company… ugh. I can’t get out of here soon enough. Do not stay here

Run down shabby hotel for a Hilton brand. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With that said I would not stay at this hotel again. For a Hilton brand it’s very old and run down. The sofa in the King room was very stained, the electrical outlets were falling out of the wall, the bath room smelled of sewer, the wall paper was coming apart at the seams. Had it not been a long travel day and late at night we would have asked for a refund and left.

Positive experience Clean, comfortable room. The woman at the front desk was warm and friendly and helpful. Perfect stop for my wife and me to break up a long drive. The exercise room was fairly standard. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next long drive up or down the coast.

Good value and reliable quality It's a Hampton Inn, clean, and comfort as expected. Walls are a little thin and you are surrounded by highways, so be prepared for that noise. Ran the HVAC first night and it sounded like we had a semi-truck idling in our room. Went without second night and it was much better. Free breakfast was fine, hot, plentiful, refreshed through dining hours. Staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive. Bummed that the on-site restaurant was closed for the week. Would have been nice to have that on the web site so we were prepared. Good value and reliable quality.
