Meh It was clean but needed work. Said it had 2 queen beds but only had one. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Had to stand in an airless little cubicle to check in as the lobby was locked. No housekeeping after 3 PM and you couldn’t check in until 3 PM. Didn’t make any sense. The whole property was underwhelming.

This place needs some improvements. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was ok. This week when we stayed there it was terrible. The bathroom was very dirty. There was a big bathtub ring in the tub. There was no rubber mat in the tub, so if you showered, it was very slippery. The sink was dirty and the floor was dirty. The bath towels were about half the size of a normal bath towel and one of them had a hole in it. There was a wide gap around the door to the outside, so if it would have been cold out, there would have been a problem. There were cracks in the sidewalks in front of the rooms with grass growing up. It is obvious that routine maintenance is not being done. The continental breakfast was ok. There was coffee, juice, and milk, small boxes of cereal, some blueberries, and some packaged pastries. Next time we are in Fredricksburg, we will stay somewhere else.

Save your money and go anywhere else. RUN AWAY! This place is absolutely disgusting the carpet is sticky and dirty, the tile is dirty, the shower handle had mold and rust in it, the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned since they bought it, and the room smells of rotting food and dead animal. Every piece of furniture is so dirty it turns your hand black with God only knows what. The complimentary breakfast is a joke microwaveable pancakes or little Debbie snack. The GE is a joke if you have a complaint he is going to act like he has no idea what you're talking about or that it's somehow your fault. The health department needs to close this place. Anyone who gives this place a good review has never seen anything clean in their whole life.

Not worth the money you save very dated and the price was good but I expected more from a chain hotel and was disappointed enough I took pictures because it was so bad. I would find somewhere else to stay and I will in the future

Great stay. I read the negative comments after I booked 2 rooms , I almost canceled my reservation but I decided to give it a try . The office has a string smell hard to describe. But our rooms were very nice! Clean, nice looking , bed/pillows very comfortable. Bathroom clean, everything was good. We will stay again .
