Good value This hotel is a good bargain. It is not the Hilton, but for the price, you get a clean, quiet, comfortable room. It is an older property but is in pretty good shape. Breakfast is a bit sparse; no protein options such as eggs or meat. There is no elevator, so be sure to get a first-floor room if stairs are a problem for you.

Customer service is negative. The room was good. There was a miscommunication on our last nights stay which was figured out quickly when they called me. Then she tells me we can’t have ammo in our room because she can’t have her housekeepers in rooms w that stuff in there. I had the do not disturb sign up. I understand they went in because they thought we had checked out but upon noticing all of our stuff in the room they should have left the room. And the housekeepers should not touch any of a guests stuff so how is ammo a problem? They took all of our towels & didn’t replace them. No soap in the bathroom, key cards didn’t work to get in the side door or our room when we came back late one night. The breakfast is small muffins, cereal, & waffles. Not the worst place we have stayed but customer service could use some work.

Horrible stay! All I know is everything seemed fine until we woke up in the morning and had itchy bug bites all over our bodies...my guess is fleas. No wonder the room smelled of Clorox when we arrived. Sometimes booking a hotel is like rolling the dice.

Uncertain The hotel had an older feel about it, and the hallways and doors were beat up. The room was clean but needed moore detailed cleaning. For instance, the quilted bedspread and intermediate sheet were not regularly cleaned, the bath towels were thin and stained, and there were dirty spots on the bathroom walls. As I am a slight germaphobe, I did not fell really comfortable in my environment.

Usual stay When we visit family in the area this is usually where we stay. They have remolded looks nice, rooms clean. Beds are okay, more of a full than queen size, could use new pillows. Friendly staff. Breakfast has really gone downhill! Waffle machine broke watered down juices. Receptionist was sleeping in chair, slept through someone trying to get his attention.
