Clean and comfortable Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well priced. The beds and bedding were good and the hotel atmosphere at night was peaceful. My family are fussy about cleanliness, so were pleased at the quality of the cleanliness in the room and bathroom. The warm breakfast was nice.

Clean, friendly, but just ok Hotel was clean and all staff were friendly. For BW, you can’t expect much, so I gave it above average 4 stars. Just a tiny bit beat up and smelled like pot smoke (which I don’t hold against hotel, just the idiots who don’t have respect for the hotel). Well lit parking area and seemed like a safe neighborhood with chain restaurants across the street. Bed and pillows were 3 star quality.

Clean and Comfortable We stayed for one night to recharge on our way from Yosemite to Kings Canyon. Location was great - easy access to the highway, restaurants, and groceries. Room was good. Basic furnishings, which was all we needed. Air Conditioner kept It cool in the 110 degree heat, and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. They have laundry facilities, but front desk has. No quarters - had to go elsewhere to get some, which was annoying. Seems like a small ask to have some quarter rolls. Would recommend this hotel as a nice stopping point.

Fresno Inn I use this location in Fresno for my associates when they travel. I've used other locations but this hotel has been the cleanest and friendliest.
