Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Close to many attractions and many opportunities for hiking, fishing, etc. We loved Frisco. The museum was very informative with many outbuildings representing cabins, jail, schoolhouse etc. Breckenridge provided great shopping and a large variety of eating establishments.

Not recommended in summer I don’t know why the description says “newly renovated” because my room certainly wasn’t. If you are staying in this area in the summer, you are really going to want to stay at a place that has a balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. The window of my room would not even open no matter how hard I tried. There are no balconies at this hotel. There is one picnic table near the dumpster outside the hotel, but smokers tend to gather there. It would be great if there was an outdoor area to read or relax, but there wasn’t. And the hot tub was closed. I was not told upon check-in that my room would not be cleaned. I stayed for four days and had to empty my own trash. My toilet leaked which woke me up at night. The air conditioner would not function properly (problem with fan). There was a little mold in the bathroom – see picture. You had to duck or squat in the shower to get your hair wet- the shower head was very low. The room was dark. I could hear people talking in the next room. Breakfast was very minimal. There is an elevator. The hotel is near Whole Foods, I-70, and the lakeside bicycle trail. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed was comfy. I won’t be returning.

OLD Hotel, good for just a quick overnight and passing through While the hotel was flexible to accommodate our 2 big families, the rooms were both small and old. Parking was adequate and the receptionist was NOT warm and welcoming (with his English sarcasm). Not sure about the quality of the breakfast (post COVID) and will consider choosing other hotels in Frisco before booking this one during the next Winter season.

Fine for a quick overnight When I called down to the desk in the morning to inquire about the "continental breakfast" I was told I could have either orange juice or a vanilla latte, in a bottle. That's not really much of a breakfast. I declined and stopped further up the road for pancakes.
