Great Stay! Under Renovation! We stayed here one night during a road trip in the area. The hotel is under renovation so it was in a bit of disarray. With that said the staff was working very hard to keep the place clean and for the construction to only be a minimal inconvenience for guest. The staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was what I expect from Hampton Inn.

Very nice stay! Our stay was great! The hotel is very clean and well- maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that our room was along the I-66 side, we had no traffic noise. Free breakfast is fine, though not excellent. No complaints though; they keep things stocked. Very pleasant stay!

Shenandoah This hotel is absolutely wonderful for visiting Shenandoah NP. The hotel room that we had was recently renovated and absolutely beautiful! Renovations seems to be finishing up rather soon, the hotel is handling it incredibly well, the hallways were spotless. Rooms had a fridge/microwave. Kim at the front desk was great along with the breakfast staff in the morning. The breakfast was above the typical Hampton standard expectations. The location is ideal for park entry. Come here, you won't regret it! Great people, new rooms, everything you'd really like in a hotel!

Great hotel despite the awkward location Stayed one night a few days ago. Was a little leery because the hotel literally backs up to Rt 66 on the back and is undergoing major renovation. (The pool is closed, BTW.). It's also not the easiest to get into and out of. However, the experience was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Good beds. They gave us a room on the parking lot side (front) of hotel and we heard zero road noise. Appreciated the number of gluten free options on their free breakfast bar. Friendly and professional staff. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay We only stayed here for one night, having just driven the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hotel was in the process of being renovated but this didn't affect our stay. There were several places to eat within a short drive. The room was a good size and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
