AMAZING STAFF I made a mistake and the manager on duty, SJ, handled it with grace. She was very kind to me while I navigated the maze of how to edit a reservation for the wrong day on a third-party app. My reservation was not intended to be edited which made the process quite cumbersome. She did everything she could to make it a smooth experience. I recognize it was completely my fault, so her grace meant so much to me. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a lovely sleep. The breakfast was good as well. I felt the pricing was very fair for the kind staff, water features, free breakfast, and neat location. There is a dinosaur museum across the way and several food options. 10-15 minutes from Grand Junction. Another staff member also assisted me with my key card to get into my room because my hands were full. Very kind people and plenty of amenities for the price range. Love this place.

Shabby Door deadbolt did not work. Shampoo was empty. Furniture was very worn and shabby. Bathroom door rubbed on floor making it hard to close. Looks like they have given up trying to maintain this motel. Usually avoid Comfort Inns because they seem to be bottom of the barrel. This one had some good reviews on Tripadvisor, don't know why.

Great nights sleep, Pool and Hot tub are nice. We had no breakfast, not even coffee! The hotel was nice, typical hotel room . The Room was clean. Pool was good and hot tub was great. I slept the very best, felt so refreshed and better than usual, The problem was breakfast. There was none. They didn't even have coffee. Evidently someone didn't show up for work. You would think everyone on staff would at least know how to make coffee!

Good stay Good hotel for the price and just a few miles away from Colorado National Monument. Bed was comfortable enough as were the pillows. Check in and check out were both easy and friendly. Breakfast was good. We had a minor issue with our door lock and staff fixed it immediately. The only downfall was that I asked for a quiet room away from street side; My room was not quiet in the morning; I was placed across the hall from the laundry.

Good one nite stay location Anothwr normal Comfort Inn. Clean, well located, close to food and gas. We checked in late for one nite. Staff was friendly and room worked well. Carta provided for easy in and out. Nice view of some mountains too. Good place to stay before the busyness of Denver.
