Good place Was skeptical after reading reviews but no need to be. Room was clean. Front desk employee very courteous. Breakfast was good with many selections. Will stay here in the future. My only suggestion would be more outlets in parking lot for charging boat battery because there were only 2 available.

Questionable housekeeping The one thing that turns me off more than anything else at a hotel is hairs on the sheets when covers are turned down. We stayed at this Comfort Suites in September and upon examining the bed, there were several hairs on the bottom sheet. I told the manager and we were moved to another room where the sheets looked clean. We stayed there again on 12/11/23 to use rewards points that were going to disappear, and had the same experience. I found several hairs on the first room's bed and told the lady at the front desk. She moved me to another room and wouldn't you know, when I turned back the covers, there were several hairs on that sheet. Again, I told the lady at the desk, and she offered to bring new bed clothes and make the bed herself, which she did. I ended up helping her, to make the process go quicker. She was very kind and very apologetic, but still, guests shouldn't have to help make the bed, just to ensure the sheets are clean. In each case, my only assumption was that the beds were made without changing the sheets that the previous customers slept on. With Covid, flu, RSV, etc. going around, the last thing I want to do is sleep on sheets that some stranger slept on just the night before me. In each case, it wasn't just a single hair, but rather several hairs on each bed.

Dirty sheet room 207 I am normally ok with a little thing overlooked like the corner of the nightstand having to be wiped because a cup had spilled a little and left a little bit of residue. Or like the entrance light to room going out which I reported and asked them to change the next day. But we woke up this morning pulled back covers and found two brownish smears on the foot of one side of the bed on bottom sheet. No one had bled and there was nothing put there before we went to sleep. I could guess a lot of other things but all totally unacceptable and disgusting. For that reason what I would normally give a high rating to for friendly and otherwise reasonably clean property the lowest score I could. I hope this was a one time thing and is remedied.

Ok if you gotta! We booked here b/c it was a great stopping point for our last trek of our trip. Room looked decent enough at first, but upon using the bathroom, saw mold and mildew on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. The hand towel to dry your hands looked like it had been used as it was just shoved over the holder. You get 4 tiny pillows on the bed of a two double bed room (we asked for a single queen, but got two doubles instead). The Ice machine was all the way down the length of the hotel hall from our room! There isn't even an ice machine at the lobby where breakfast is supposed to be. I can already see there isn't much of a "breakfast" since it's just oranges around plus a coffee area. I won't know for certain until the a.m. Let's just say, I'd only stay here again if I had to. Holiday Inn Express is next door...it probably cost more, but I bet it's better. The good news is it's right next door to a Cracker Barrell (walking distance). The guy at the lobby doing all the work was very nice, and seemed really stressed b/c he was trying to do it all. Seems another place effected by lack of staff.

No curtain, no desk personnel, no one at the helm! So I am a Diamond Choice member and checked in while running service calls in the area. Guess I should have paid the $30 more for a neighboring property. Just went in the bathroom of my room and there is NO SHOWER curtain. Called front desk on room phone and my cell phone and NO ONE answers. Guess they can clean up the water after I check out…. Will stay at one of the neighboring properties next time I am in the area.
