Great breakfast Time Johnathan & Monica were very helpful with breakfast _ & very respectful. Great job _ I also saw Johnathan constantly keeping the area cleaned up as well as provided great customer service. He was always asking how I am and if I needed anything.

Amazing Military display in lobby The lobby contains an amazing military display honoring all branches and extensive history. Respectful and professional. Huge impact. Would stay again - or stop by - just for this. In addition, employees were kind and efficient, room clean, good value.

Just not worth the price When we arrived and entered the lobby, we were met with very loud music which was apparently from workers performing renovations within the hotel on the second floor. The music made it difficult to hear the front desk clerk. She was very nice, but also seemed very interested in her smart watch messages while checking us in. When we rounded the corner for the elevator, she shouted to the workers to turn the music down. Why didn't she do that when we were trying to conduct business? We went to our room using the elevator but had left items in the car. We took the stairs down, then tried to use the elevator to go up to the third floor, but while we were waiting, an employee came by and said sometimes the elevator sticks on the third floor. She went up via the stairs, came back down and did not say a word. We waited a few more minutes, then realized we needed to carry our belongings up 3 flights of stairs. Now there is out of order sign on the elevator. The door to our room only opens if you pull up on the handle, not down. The room is small but has a microwave and a refrigerator. The noise from the road is obnoxious if you do not have your fan/heater running. We were in an even numbered room on the third floor. in reference to the noisy road. The pool is also not in working order, but we had received a call prior to our arrival which was nice. However, it seems the pool is often out of service, according on previous reviews. Yes, it is next door to Cracker Barrel, if you want food within walking distance, or Applebees which is probably a five-minute walk. However, based on the price of the room and the condition of the hotel, we do not feel it is an equivocal trade. The hotel is just not worth the price charged. We have stayed at multiple hotels and this one is not on our list to try again. There are nicer hotels in Gallup.

One of the nicest Comfort Suites I have stayed at Rooms were spotless and nice sized with a king bed, chair & ottoman and desk. It also had a refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked perfect. The front desk were friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast that was provided. It was only a one night stay because we were passing through, but I would stay here again.

Absolutely Horrible Absolutely Horrible, but everywhere else was booked and I had been driving all day. This is literally one of the worst hotel/motels I have ever stayed in. The beds were awful. Both had huge dips in the center with cheap foam toppers covering the worn out mattresses, which, of course, did nothing. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The service and staff were awful, except the girl who checked me in. She was nice. In the morning, when I told the man on duty about the beds and the room's condition he said, I don't care. I don't sleep on the mattresses or in the rooms." At least he was honest, I guess. Avoid! Stay away! Pay double for another better place! Stay any else!
