Family Fun This hotel has been a great stay i found them in 2019 great price and Great people to work with we have stay here for the 4th of July since 2019 we now host our family celebration at this Hotel. when we book this year all family wanted this hotel. hotel staff very nice there are newer hotels in the area BUT CAN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE HOSPITALITY AND KINDNESS

If you reserve a room online call before you go make sure you can get what you want We as a family, and my husband as a couple have stayed here for years. Lately we have been having problems ... We haven't been able to get the room that we reserved. The front desk has an attitude the place us where they see fit. We know the owner , certain staff disregard that. And give us some kind of vacant excuse that he will be in the office and ??date or time. So we're stuck in the room that we don't want. Place is going to hand basket. It's right across from beach via the front rooms you can sit outside or look out the window and enjoy the water, step outside you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset.This location is in walking distance of many places to eat and entertainment. Walking distance to pleasure Pier. If they would remodel the rooms would be at least three star. With a beautiful view. Since COVID they give the cheapest breakfast items. I really disappointed in this motel. It seems they just don't care anymore. You make a reservation online call before you go and make sure you get what you want

Price goug For around 340 dollars for 2 nights i expected more the place did not even look like the web site first of all the rooms where very small and cramped and it was just myself and wife also you just have to park where ever you can no spots assigned to the room there was dead roaches in the bathroom and found spider on the bed if i would not have lost so much money i would have canceled my booking and whent some where else would not recommend anybody to stay here unless it is the last choice you have but i still would stay in my car just to be safe and probably have more room

Great Affordable Service I read mixed reviews and was confused by them. Wanted to see the city before my cruise. My room was clean, the bed was cozy and the location was wonderful! You can walk a few blocks and ride the Galveston Island trolley all over town. Within walking distance of food and entertainment. The beach is across the street. Coffee is provided but no breakfast due to Covid, Free WiFi. Affordable. If I visit Galveston would stay there again.

Fine if you don't plan to spend time in your room Pros: good price, walking distance to the pier, beach is right across the street. Plenty of food and entertainment choices within walking distance. Parking was never an issue and the WiFi was perfect. Cons: rooms smelled strongly of mildew and could have been cleaner. There were suspicious finger marks on the picture in our room I pray were from food. The towels are scratchy and are made for small children not adults. We did not get housekeeping for the three days we were there so I guess you have to ask? My biggest pet peeve was the incredibly rude female employee upon check- in who yelled at us for not wearing masks when she herself was not wearing a mask. And over the three days we observed plenty of people going in maskless and none of the housekeeping employees we saw were wearing masks. So...that was unappreciated. It's a fine place to stay if you aren't planning to spend any time in your room. Definitely confirm your reservation if you book through an app because they messed ours up.
