Staff at night November 24,2023 is a Scamers and Fraud Thief Uses Pricelines deal breaker that's none refundable. So it he ad doesn't show deposit information accept if you have pets and even then you got search , but after you submit payment there's a thing that shows up showing check in requirements this area specifically stats payment methods as s debit , credit card to be kept on file (or) ***if paying cas++ there will be a cash deposit required for incidentals. Well the guy at desk won't allow you to full check in regardless if prepaid , refused recipient for cancellation of reservation or denied check in by staff due to refusal to pay cash deposit of 100 , when I paid upfront with debit card was charged for my service animal a deposit which I paid to buy pass the issues. Yet he refused to finish my checking , bad called both Priceline and Choice members services and they told him to complete check in or cancel the reservation and refund , he absolutely refused to do anything at all said he wasn't authorized or didn't have access. Kept referring me to Priceline or corporate which were both on the phone he just refused to comply with their instructions. wouldn't give anything written regardless of the fact he was refusing my checking for deposit he wasn't even supposed to charge. Kept saying it's on the website I said no sure it's not nor was it stated visibly prior to paying either as I very carefully checked to be sure before booking. Bad service their scammers , the manager also refused to refund when Priceline requested the refund supposedly . It's called theft fraud and it's illegal.

Sucks sucks don’t ever stay here Let’s just say omg _ I’ve worked at a choice hotel for almost 12 years … I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world never in my life Would I recommend this hotel the customers service was not even a 1 out of 10 very unprofessional rude disrespectful and I could go on …. You but the Choice hotels to shame I can’t believe you are a choice brand… I arrived at 1140pm at night to someone who had no idea what he was doing they took four per authorization and I’m still waiting on my money.. not to mention huge car crash poor guy passed away .. no power for a day went to ask if I can have something to eat on the Saturday he says no lol not to mention my door didn’t lock room smells like mold heat didn’t work found bugs in my bathtub…… I’m going to report this hotel to choice hotels … they should be closed … I wouldn’t even give them one star ……….. rude rude rude

Don't stay here if the card you booked with gets compromised beforehand I had a reservation booked for Saturday October 14th and I knew beforehand that the card I booked with got changed to a different card by my bank so Thursday night around 11pm-12am (I also work at a hotel so that's when i was able to call) to change my card on file and inquire if I could pre-pay the reservation right then and there. Working for a choice hotel myself, I know most times you call one of these properties it will give you the choice to go to Call center (basically not the hotel directly) or call the front desk so I know I spoke to a man at the hotel that night and he told me that I could just change it at check-in and that they wouldn't be able to pre-pay right then which wasn't the main concern. BUT when I arrived at the hotel and stated my name I was immediately told my reservation was cancelled due to preauthorization's not going through. When I informed the front desk lady I had tried to call and change my card on file, and got the response I did, she said "I've been working here 23 and a half years, I think I would know my employees well enough and none of them would do that" then proceeded to tell me I had to press 2 to get to the front desk when I called and I explained to her that I work at a choice and Wyndham property and even had booked with my employee discount so I knew which numbers I had to press. I then attempted to book another room but she told me the employee rate was closed for the night and they only had one room left as a king suite. I ended up leaving and booking with another hotel but in the process I saw that hotel did have a room available at the same rate I had booked to begin with. So watch out for this property, they will lie straight to your face as they did with me multiple times. I'm not one to do reviews on anything, in fact, this is my second bad review on an establishment ever in my life and I'm still shocked even 3 days later on how careless they were. Will never book with a quality inn again. Comfort Inn and Suites is the way to go!

ROACHES Dirty!!!! Had roaches all over our room! Nasty, dirty floors that we had to clean ourselves. Sorry bedsheets!!! You pull the comforter back and it had poop on it. Ants, the a/c didn’t work properly. Roaches!!!! We told the lady at check out. She said she would tell Barbara. Never received a phone call, never called us back and never answered emails.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in Terrible! It’s under construction! There is scaffolding all around the hotel that you have to walk through just to get to any room! The AC was loud and annoying. Room was dirty... Carpet has all kinds of stains. Hair in the sink and counter dirty. Thankful I brought sanitizer. There were no other Rooms anywhere. They did not serve breakfast as stated on website and not even a coffee maker in the room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here!!!
