A detailed review of a great hotel I regularly don’t leave reviews for hotels because I stay at so many. I regularly stay at Hyatt Place hotels and also quite a few Bonvoy type hotels. This particular Hyatt place had some poor reviews and I just don’t understand why? I truly believe that some of these people are either very very picky or they are expecting a Hyatt Regency. This particular Hyatt place had incredible customer service both at check-in and at Breakfast. The breakfast is well beyond the quality of most Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed at. That number would be close to 100 different hotels. No joke. The manager had a gift bag with wonderful nuts and fruits, and a personalized letter waiting for me in the room because I am a world of Hyatt member. Not a globalist this year.Riad for known as Ray the general manager has been thoughtful and seems to have a wonderful staff, cleaning the rooms, both elevators work, the grounds look great along with the parking lot being free of potholes. There aren’t a bunch of people outside, smoking like many other places and so far, they haven’t hit me with a parking fee although they did have me put a pass in the car after check-in, which is a pain in the butt. The area around the hotel is very nice and I was able to go out for a 4 mile run through a forest behind the high school. It was a lovely run this morning in the perfect place. There are many restaurants in the area with a big variety of food. Some are within walking distance and another six or seven are across the highway, which is about a mile drive. And one of the best reasons to stay here is it is one of the lowest cost Hyatt hotels in the entire Dallas area. I’m sure it’s not always this cheap but when I stayed here it was less than $80. That is as cheap as it gets anywhere in the country for a Hyatt place. If you want it to be less expensive, you have to go to Central Mexico or India Another notable feature that I forgot about is the flooring in the rooms is laminate wood, which is in my opinion so much better than carpeting. Just imagine how many people walk in their bare feet on the carpeting in a normal hotel room after just a few years. Depending on if two or more people stay in a room which is common especially with families you’re talking between nine and 18,000 people after just a few years and their bare feet. The oils from our skin rub off very Easily People cough people walk around naked after the shower and you could just imagine blank blank blank. What else goes on in hotel rooms. I love the floor idea because it gets mopped every day with sterilized soapy solution. Great idea on the flooring. I do not need carpeting!

The perfect hotel for a business traveler! I will forever recommend this hotel! The staff were the picture of hospitality- warm and welcoming, and provided stellar service. The rooms are well appointed and organized efficiently with a clever use of a half wall to separate the zones for sleeping and work. The shower has outstanding pressure and heat, and the soaps in the stall are delightful. The in-room coffee actually tasted good, and the machine is easy to use. The bed is the ideal firmness, with wonderfully soft sheets and pillows.

Great Visit! Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was great! There were cold and hot options. The room was large, but had some sort of odor in it. One minute walk to Culwell center (right across the street). A lot of food options right around hotel and across the highway. We appreciate early check in as our flight came in very early.

Our wedding guest hotel. The staff was great. Everyone from the saleswoman to the front desk staff gave love and hospitality. Rooms was nice and big. They respectful and understanding considering it was a wedding event. Our check in out was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

No Coffee Cups Staff removed to-go coffee cups. When I asked for a to-go cup I was told that they are not longer available. However, the day prior and all the other times I stayed at this location they were available. Not very business travel friendly.
