Clean but very run down hotel although the room appeared clean and the fragrance smells were evident. The hotel was run down as the A/C and bathroom fans were too noisy to leave on. They reservation indicates breakfast included. there was no breakfast, the site made snack bars available. There was no one at the hotel in the evening or in the following morning, we left at 8.30am

Terrible stay Hotel advertised "Breakfast" but their breakfast was coffee and juice that didn't work half the time. My first day that they cleaned my room I left the a/c and the ceiling fan on but when I returned at lunch time my room was shut off and hot. Never seen a hotel with wood doors, also witha ceiling fan. Black mold on the underside of the soap holders. The front desk was barley there. Every morning when i left for a training class no one was at the front desk, and barley at night. When i checked in the guy barley spoke anything to me just pointing at the paper with my reservation on it. When I went to check out no one was there and I could no obtain a receipt for my stay. I could stick around and wait due to the fact i needed to be at class by 8:15am. Even after I was charged they still did not send me a reciept, when I emailed them I had to wait 3 days for my send another email so they could send a receipt and all I got was a confirmation letter with no card number stating it was charged. When i contacted Wyndham directly they did nothing except say to try and reach the hotel which took my 3 days to contact and no phone calls being answered.

Never again and I would like a refund SO BAD, ZERO in experience review!!! Don’t stay here AWFUL. No breakfast, stained sheets, rude front desk CHILD checked us in. _____ That says it all but need 200 characters so added more. _____________________

If I could give zero stars, I would They do NOT serve breakfast, there was a medicine pill on the floor of the un vacuumed room, the bathroom had a weird material in the bottom. I did not feel clean. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Nightmare Stay: Why Wyndham Glen Allen/Richmond North Failed to Meet Even Basic Expectations I had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at the Wyndham Glen Allen/Richmond North through the Wyndham App, where I used 15,000 points for the privilege. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The initial room I was assigned had clearly not been cleaned with evidence of an untidily made bed and even dirty clothes on the floor. Need I mention the toilet paper was held to the counter with duct tape. Shockingly, the second room they provided wasn't any better. Amenities like a clock and coffee pot were missing, the bedside light was non-functional, and to add to the inconvenience, the refrigerator was also inoperative. As a guest, I expect a certain level of professionalism and service from hotel staff. However, addressing my concerns with the front desk was like talking to a brick wall. The representative was preoccupied with a personal call during our entire interaction, making me feel like an unwelcome interruption. I cannot and will not, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone. This experience was a complete letdown and an embarrassment to the Wyndham brand. I hope Wyndham reconsiders its affiliation with this franchise owner, as it's clearly not living up to the standards one would expect from such a reputable chain. Wyndham Glen Allen/Richmond North
