Beautiful The hotel was so clean and if you had any kind of issue the staff took care of it right away. Jeremy and the other night clerk were so friendly, nice, sweet, hospitable, caring and helpful. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the 2 guys on the 3rd floor who stunk it up and the elevator with their pot smoking.

Stay Somewhere Else Staff were nice but this hotel is in desperate need of an update. The furniture is extremely old and the chairs and couch in our room were very dirty and stained. Bed also was not great as you could feel the springs through the mattress. Stay was also over $200 for one night so for this type of money you should be getting a much nicer stay.

Does the job Only stayed here for one night. Very grateful that my Gold Honors status was acknowledged on check in. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Rooms dated but clean and well appointed. Breakfast was sufficient. Would recommend for short stays. Parking was plentiful during my visit.

DISHONEST PRICING and STAFF AVOID!!! DISHONEST and not very clean. Hotel also precharged for $50 incidentals per night with no advance notification, adding an unexpected 200 extra hold on my card on Christmas Eve, although they only have a half-stocked little supply of sodas and chips - so they did not actually expect anyone was going to spend $200 on incidentals. Woke up to a fire alarm at 4:30 am Christmas morning (spent an hour in lobby, there was no fire, also no apologies from staff). They THEN tried to charge me for parking when I left although I had no car (and was never asked). When I asked for a refund, they said they would - then REVERSED the refund and CHANGED the receipt from the one I had asked for printed out - so charges were same but it no longer said they charged me for parking (and did not get charge refunded.) ALSO claimed to have not found a makeup bag left in bathroom that had over $200 in cosmetics. VERY BAD HOTEL EXPERIENCE. I'm a HH member and will never stay at a hampton again.

Great place to stay This hotel is in a great location. The day staff was very friendly. My suite was a very good size. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items. The only negative is paying for parking. Why? I know it is only $5 but why do you have to pay for parking? We had a great stay.
