Charming inn with excellent customer service and attentive housekeeping We booked through a third party, and our reservation was not conveyed properly to the hotel. When we arrived, they did not have a vacancy for our first night, but got us in for the other three. They looked up what other hotels had vacancies for our first night (so we didn't have to do it on a phone screen) and invited us to breakfast the next morning. We had a condo room, which was perfect for two adults and two teens who need a little physical and mental space. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the accommodations were clean. Housekeeping was very good. The beds were comfortable. Some of the furnishings and finishes are old, but you can tell that the owners really care and are doing what they can. A major roof renovation started while we were there. The condo is a great option to have the essential features of an AirBnB or VRBO (separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen) without the ridiculous upcharges.

NOT pet friendly, despite appearing in Trip Advisor search results! Despite their appearance in Trip Advisor as a PET FRIENDLY motel, they ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. Read their policy. This should actually be a review of Trip Advisor and not Silver Spruce, as they are probably not at fault. Silver Spruce appeared as the number 1 hit under pet friendly, when price was selected as a filter.

Great experience at the Silver Spruce! Stayed at the Silver Spruce Motel last week with my family (6 nights in total). Stayed in the suite and absolutely loved it. Spacious and convenient room. Rooms were always cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. WiFi was fast and worked on multiple devices. Was able to stream videos as well as get work done. Breakfast was also great. Overall a very nice experience. Those working at the hotel were also very kind and understanding people. Great location (walking distance to hot springs/park).

Great location and value Great location. Easy walk to all attractions in town. Spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. Updated & attractive rooms with all new furniture. Super-clean. Very good Wi-Fi & TV package. Nice Continental breakfast with lots of choices & big breakfast room. Good value. This family owned & managed business shines. We highly recommend this property.

Silver Spruce Inn - Glenwood Springs Amazing hotel. Super kind people, Stanley and Alexandra are the best! The only caveat or drawback is, if there’s no hot tub, and since they did the latest remodel, the TVs do not work. I would advise, bringing your own laptop, phone, book, but do not try and use their TVs.
