A real "Quality Inn" I chose this Quality Inn because of the good reviews, and it lived up to them! We had a nice large King bed room, very clean, with a medium sized vanity outside the bathroom (a big plus for us). Good bed and pillows, good linens, good shower, lots of outlets, clean carpets, inside and outside the room. CONS - noisy bath fan - showerhead needs cleaned of calcium buildup! Breakfast was good, Polish Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Fresh Waffles, Fresh Fruit, small pastries, yogurts, cereals, juices and Good Coffee. We would stay again!!

Do not stay here! Quality Inn Goodland DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 910334591 Start with the single good thing. The evening gal behind the desk was friendly and pleasant. That being said, she shouldn’t waste her talents at this hotel! To start, walked in the room and went to use restroom and pee was all over the rim under the seat. Mostly however, Myself and my family DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE! A Man, apparently other hotel occupant and visibly drunk or high, followed our family around hotel and into pool area. Appeared to be looking to see what room we were in and then tried to following us out the front door when we check out and left a half hour after checking in! Luckily, we alerted the gal at the desk and she distracted him while we left! Tried discussing with gentleman, who claimed to be the manager, over the phone the next day but he was uninterested, unconcerned, and unsympathetic about our experience and only made excuses about the situation! My advice… DO NOT STAY HERE!

Reviews are not always correct. We were traveling to Denver. Our search showed this to be about the only hotel in a great distance. I called the hotel to make a reservation and the person who answered said that he was in the actual hotel. The connection was terrible. Lots of background noise and he did nothing to correct it.I had read the reviews from previous guests and they indicated that the floors were all tile. The gentleman on the phone obviously was not in the property and Every time I asked a question he had to start back over from the beginning reading from a script that was obviously prepared for him. He insured me that there was no smoking and no pets. That person also informed me that I had to stay on the phone and answer questions in order to ensure my reservation for the evening. I tried to tell that gentleman who actually was trying to sell me a vacation about the horrible service on the phone and bad connection. He was not interested. When we actually got to the hotel to check in we were given a room with all carpet very small and very sparsely furnished. It was clean but very dusty. Pets were all over.

New Floors I was very glad to walk into our room and it had vinyl floors instead of carpet! Hate walking on hotel carpets! Room was clean as was rest of area. Pool needs a little work. The breakfast was what we expected, but it seemed no one was there to refill eggs, sausage, etc. or to clean up. I had to go ask front desk about the juice and came and said no one had turned it on so he did that. (He was very nice.) This was just a 1 night stay on our way home from visiting family. I would recommend this hotel.

Two stays We stayed here one night on the way to Yellowstone and one night on the way back. We paid $99 plus tax. The first time we had room 225 on second floor with a king bed. This room is much nicer than room 112 on first floor with two queen beds. Both have comfortable beds. Other pros - rooms are spacious and have a mini fridge and microwave, single cup coffee maker. Location is good, easy access to interstate. There’s an Arby’s next door and a gas station. The furnishings in the king room are in great shape, everything clean. Room 112 has obviously been used more often and has visible wear. Felt less clean bc of the wear, the faucet leaked and there were flies in the room. Also someone had opened the window and I didn’t realize it until the next morning but the room was stuffy bc of it and the ac ran all the time. Cons- unfriendly staff - the first time we checked in we were greeted with “You got a reservation?” No smiles or welcome. The second time was pretty much the same. Continental breakfast is provided but pretty weak. The exterior has low curb appeal. The ac unit is loud but cools well. We didn’t notice much noise from other guests. Bottom line-I’d stay there again preferably in 225.
