Awful service and disgusting room We arrived after an 8+ hour drive, exhausted and ready for a shower and bed. However, the room was filthy, so we asked for a different room. The staff refused to give us a different room, or to clean the room, or to even give us cleaning supplies. I showed the front desk man the photos of the dirty tub, dirty floors, and dirty, broken closet door, and he rolled his eyes at me and told us to get out. He threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. Because you won't give us a clean hotel room that was already fully paid for??? Please, let me talk to the cops about your ridiculousness. We had to call Expedia first to see if we could get a refund, and the hotel said that they would only refund 3 days because we "trashed" the room. We didn't trash it, we took down dirty towels and had used soap after the bathroom, and had turned down the covers before we discovered dirty sheets, pubic hairs, and an uncomfortable mattress. The poor treatment and disgusting room ruined our vacation. I have included photos of the dirty sheets, dirty tub, filthy floors, and a dirty handprint on the wall where someone clearly had sex over the mini fridge. Don't book with these @ssholes who won't fix problems with THEIR hotel, and treat people like sh*t.

Decent average room, everybody mid East poor English but nice folks Played golf in February and wanted some rise and roll in Amish country so this was rated good. Wanted a hot tub. Called three Choice property’s all spoke poor mid east English. This was only one with hot tub working but in poor shape . Goshen odd town, some ghetto and close to Amish. Luxe breakfast real close pretty good also mid east owned. Would try other motel next time.

Excellent stay, will be back 100% The owners were very professional and courteous. Good breakfast in the morning and rooms were renovated and clean. Very affordable for the value you receive. Great nearby food within walking distance.

“Lack of quality” Inn While the people were perfectly friendly, this hotel has seen much use and needs a lot of work. Mattresses are like shallow soup bowls, rusted drain covers, tissue box holder, door veneer falling off, wallpaper coming off, chipped paint on door frames. General sense of tiredness. Hot tub closed off with hazard tape, pool has dead bugs and gross things in it.

HOTEL PERMAMENTLY CLOSED! This hotel is PERMAMENTLY CLOSED! It has been closed since Feb 2023 by the fire marshal. Yet choice hotels and at least expedia are still booking rooms there and charging credit cards! My wife booked 5 rooms for the 4th of July weekend just a few weeks ago. Confirmations were sent to her even the day we were to arrive. We get there at 11 pm after visiting family all day to find a message posted in Feb 2023 that the hotel is permanetly closed by the fire marshal! We had a family with 2 small children as well as ourselves and other adult children without rooms. We luckily were able to find take the last vacant rooms at 2 different hotels. This hotel needs to be removed from ALL booking sites!
