Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton

Had a great stay! Highly recommend the king suite! For the price, this was probably one of the nicer places we have stayed! We had a king suite and it was so spacious and clean. There are more than enough outlets conveniently located everywhere you look. We didn't take advantage of the free continental breakfast, but knowing they offer that is a huge bonus. Front desk staff was very friendly. Night time was nice and quiet, but during the morning hours there was so much thumping and banging from upstairs it sounded like an elephant was going to fall through the ceiling. Not sure if that's a hotel problem with lack of insulation, or just super oblivious or inconsiderate people upstairs. The worst thing about the place is definitely the parking situation. The parking lot in the front of the building is the only parking lot they have. We ended up having to park at the restaurant next door. Granted, it's not too far, but when it's negative temperatures like it was, it would have been nice to be a little closer. If I'm really searching for something else to complain about it'd be the firmness of the bed. I know that's a plus for some people, but for me it was pretty hard and I woke up pretty stiff. Overall, we loved our spacious, up to date room and appreciated the cleanliness so much! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel! Excellent customer service! Great breakfast! Wonderful location! We stayed here with a basketball team over the holidays and we couldn’t have been happier with this hotel!! Nice pool area, large breakfast gathering space in lobby area. Very accommodating and helpful!! Plenty of breakfast options. Also coffee, tea hot chocolate available all day was great! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Awesome Hotel With Great People This Hotel makes you feel at home ! The Management Staff is Tops ! Their Staff is Super ! The Hotel and Grounds are Spotless ! Absolutely No Worries Here ! They have a Awesome Breakfast Every Day and even Cookies in the Evening!!

Great Experience Good experience. Very good breakfast selection. Room was quiet. Clean hottub and room. Friendly as always. Will stay at Hampton in the future. Good location off of highway. Gave us water bottles when we needed them. We arrived late sand they had our room ready real nice.

Sporting event The hotel was super clean, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast! There were plenty of towels for our family to shower. Also hot tub and pool were both working! We would definitely stay here again. It was refreshing walking into such a clean hotel.
